Update: After posting a mediocre review I wanted to revise it based on my recent experience. The people from Signature Lawn & Landscape reached out to me to rectify my issues. They came on time, discussed the issues and sent a crew to do the work. They even went above and beyond what they agreed to do and were knowledge about how to fix my of my drainage problems. I really appreciated their expertise and willingness to work with us. I will use them again.

I was experiencing some concerning drainage issues. I searched online for reputable local companies to assist. The reviews I read for SLL were enough for me to contact them. Daniel, David and their crew responded with a reasonable estimate, prompt arrival, fast responses to my questions, and a completely pleasant and professional solution. Their friendliness and professionalism was most appreciated. I am happy with the work performed and the experience. I will be contacting SLL for my next lawn/landscape need.

Im telling you. If you want an honest company this is the company to go with. They are Christians, Daniel and David.(Wow go figure) if you know, you know. tell them exactly the job you are trying to accomplish, they will work with you to get it accomplished.

Daniel and his team did a great job! They were exactly on time, and did a much better job than I expected, for the value I received. Very polite and courteous! I send my highest reference for this crew!

We highly recommend Signature if you’re looking to create a unique and beautiful terrace wall. They worked with us to design a two tiered boulder retaining wall with plants, lights and irrigation at a very reasonable price. They took the time to understand what we were looking for and created the perfect solution. Unfortunately, our HOA wouldn’t allow us to install due to restrictions.

Hired Signature Lawn to core aerate, over-seed, lime, and add starter fertilizer to my barren wreck of a yard. My wife watered the lawn daily and the results are amazing. They use quality seeds & fertilizer and it shows! Overall, we are completely satisfied with their service and may contact them in the Spring for more work. Thanks again!

Our experience with Daniel and all the guys from Signature Lawn and Landscape was tremendous. It was done 100% professionally and everything was completed exactly how we were told.

The Signature team did a great job from start to finish. Fresh cedar mulch looks really good and backyard grass seed is ready to grow!

The crew from Signature did a great job clearing leaves off our property. The cleanup was thorough and the yard looks great—definitely worth it!

Disappointed in the end result of an expensive project to clean my backyard, grade it with soil, and lay sod. Several parts of the lawn were not laid properly. Edges of the lawn are not in a position to lay flat because the cleanup was not done properly before laying sod. Active listening should be a part of every sales process. Was hoping for more out of a company that charged this much.

Other smaller annoyances:

-Destroyed my internet line during the project. Had to deal with AT&T/no internet for multiple days.

-Left soil on the edge of my front lawn destroying areas of grass

A group of hard working kids! Gave me a solid price for grading my back yard, building a curved retainer wall and setting drains next to my garage. Also helped me set some flagstone pavers and small quartzite. When some small snafews occurred, as will when working with heavy equipment, he was upfront and honest and we spoke about it and worked it out. I am not the easiest person to work with as I am particular and Never once did I hear a sly comment or a complaint, just “yes sir” and “we’ll get it done!”
I would hire them again and I would give them a chance if I were you! Thanks Daniel!

Very professional! We got quotes from at least 5 to 6 landscapers, signature was the most prompt and professional. They did a great job on our yard. Highly recommend.

Thank you Signature Lawn & Landscape for taking care of my driveway ahead of the recent ice storm. They were responsive, proactive and kind! My spouse is a public servant and was on shift during the event. Knowing that was taken care of was a huge weight lifted off both our shoulders!

Daniel and his crew did a great job landscaping my back yard and planting trees. They arrived a day earlier that originally expected and completed the work on time, even staying until it was dark outside. There was slight miscommunication on part of the project but did their best to make it right. Over all I am satisfied with the work they did.

Signature Lawn and Landscape did a great job putting down sod in our front yard. They scraped up the weeds and mondo grass, filled in holes, and smoothed it all out before installing beautiful fescue. We were especially pleased with how they fertilized and watered when they were done.
