Yesterday Daniel and his crew did an amazing job on my yard. I have already scheduled my next project. Several of my neighbors ask for his info. Thank You so much for everything, looking forward to continue working with my new meaning permanent landscaper.

I’m really satisfied with the way Signature did my landscaping at my personal property. They always showed up on time from getting an estimate to getting the project completed. Overall really satisfied with the way everything turned out starting from new plants and landscaping and then the paver patio they put it in as well. I would highly recommend them for any hardscape or landscaping.

This company helped us out so much during the snow/ice storm this week in January of 2026. They first advertised in our area for anyone who was in need that they would come clear their driveway free of charge. I texted them for my mother in laws driveway and they immediately texted back asking for her address. They called my husband to let him know when they would be there and they came exactly as scheduled. They put down ice melt the day before the storm on my mother in law’s driveway free of charge and if it had frozen over, they were going to come back and clear the ice. Thankfully that was not needed. Their communication and professionalism was excellent! My husband and I both highly recommend them for all your lawn and landscaping care.

I am so pleased with the results of new landscaping done by Signature Lawn and Landscape. Daniel provided a beautiful and practical design, while considering what worked best for me. David and the team implemented the hardscape paths and planted trees, shrubs and flowers with great skill, hard work and care. It was great to receive their services. If you are looking for a landscaping group I highly recommend them.

Hired Signature Lawn and Landscape to do some landscaping/hardscaping on an area in our backyard that was having moisture issues. They were prompt and did the work as described. The price was very reasonable and communication was easy. We will be using them for future landscaping projects!

I was late in preparing for an ice storm set to hit on Saturday and salt was sold out. On Friday at 4pm Signature Lawn assured me they would salt my driveway before the storm hit. They did exactly what they said making my steep driveway safe to walk and drive on following the storm. Greatly appreciate the last minute accommodation and responsiveness.

Our experience with Signature has been wonderful. From our first interaction with Daniel, when he first came out to discuss the project to the completion has been refreshing. They started the project when they said there would. There were a couple of bumps but the corrections were almost immediate. They focus on the customer have a great experience and that is what they delivered for us. Would use them again without hesitation.

Highly, highly suggest this company (Longer post but please read) – I am from Indiana and I had to make a trip out to North Carolina to assist my nephew, who recently lost both his mother and father, with their home. The vegetation around the home was extremely overgrown – my nephew, daughter and I knew we would have to reach out to a company to take care of this large project. My daughter reached out to multiple companies with only 2 returning the call, one of them being Signature Lawn and Landscaping! That same day David was on property to listen to our story, walk the property and provide his suggested next steps. As a family looking for help, we felt heard by David and knew after a few discussions with him that he felt confident in his team’s ability to take on this project. The next day, the crew was promptly onsite to begin. The crew was always on time and extremely polite. They made sure to clean up after themselves each day they were onsite. This was a large project that has weighed heavily on my nephew and once Signature Lawn and Landscaping were completed, we could see and feel the weight lifted off him. I could go on and on about our experience but all you need to know is that at the end of the day this company will take care of you if you provide them with the opportunity to do so- and you 110% should! Thank you, again, David and the crew(s) that supported us in a time of need!

I saw a post in a Mint Hill group about Signature Lawn and Landscaping offering free snowplowing for the incoming winter storm as a way to give back to the community. I reached out and although I was outside of their area, Daniel still offered to come help us out. As conditions changed, and ice became the real threat, Daniel called and let me know he’d come out and salt our driveway for free instead.

He is good people! That’s the kind of business we want to support. Would highly recommend!

There was severe snow storm coming and I did not have time to prepare for it. They came and sprinkled our driveway at no charge! They were giving back to the community! How generous and kind of them! They also communicated with me via email to let me know that they are coming. Definitely would recommend them! :)

Daniel was great to work with. when the team showed up I was away, but did everything very thoroughly as we had discussed….shrub trimming, debris removal, and planting a shade garden. Their cleanup was wonderful, even collected all the leaves up in my backyard! I will be calling them for my next project in the new year. Robert

Chris, who came out to do our quote, was amazing! He listened to our needs and ideas and came up with a beautiful plan for our small residential project. He always got back to me very quickly and the crew even made it out to do the job ahead of schedule. The crew did an exceptional job removing our large dead bushes, installing the new plants, mulching the area, and cleaning everything up. This was a very professional job and we will definitely choose to go with Signature Lawn and Landscape again for our next project! Highly recommended!

Let me start my review by saying thank you. Signature Lawn did such a Great thing for Mint Hill Community. They Posted a ad stating they was free of charge salting and doing snow removal for whoever signed up that needed the service what a Godly kind thing to do. The day before the storm they sure did come out and treat my driveway and I can't thank them enough. May God bless you all at Signature Lawn and Landscape for your act of kindness.

I called Signature Lawn Friday morning and was told Daniel would be out at 3;00 pm to meet me. Daniel showed up at the time I was told. He showed me what he thought was the best plan for me. Went to his truck and came back with a diagram of what he was proposing. I agreed and he said they could be out the next day to do the job. They showed up in the morning and out at noon. Great job and Daniel was very professional. A pleasure.

We've used Signature twice now - once for a major landscaping project/build and to help clear us out after a big ice storm. Daniel and the team have been helpful and professional, with quality work and good pricing. Plus, they are local company in Mint Hill. I definitely recommend them for residential and commercial landscaping needs.

We used Signature Lawn and Landscape to put down a snow & ice melting product on our driveway and sidewalks. The product they used was a human and pet-safe product. We would highly recommend using this Company. They did an awesome job and we look forward to using them again when needed.
