I needed my carpets cleaned so I looked online to see what my neighbors and other people in my community recommended. Platinum had the best reviews/recommendations and now I see why. They called back within a day and gave me a quote over the phone. Then when they showed up to do my carpets, they came on time and did a great job for the price that was quoted. There were no hidden fees or expenses. Rodney, the technician, was very polite and did a great job. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great company to do a great job.

We are so glad we found Platinum Professional. Mike is incredible. He watches over every aspect of the services provided by his staff and stays in touch with customers throughout the process. The cleaning job he did on our furniture made it look like new. He went over and above our expectations and even provided several coats of fabric protector on our dining chairs to make sure future mishaps will not leave a mark. He even gives customers a "welcome" package including a fabric cleaning product that he recommends. I highly recommend this company.

Outstanding service and attention to detail. Rodney and Ken worked as a team and the work was done in short order. We are very pleased. We thought our carpet needed replacing but it looks great now. We have used Platinum before and will use them again.

I think that their cleaning is fine and their delivery guys are nice, but their management is terrible. They told me that they would assess my carpet and give me a report. All I got was a receipt with checked boxes. I was referred to Platinum Professionals by another carpet cleaning service because I wanted the carpet picked up and cleaned in NC and then shipped to me in VA. Platinum Professionals said that they could do that. Then, when the carpet was cleaned and it was time to ship it, they said they never do that. Next, they were supposed to deliver the rug to a family member in NC in the afternoon, but they tried to deliver it at 8:30 am. I think Platinum needs to get it's act together.

Rodney was absolutely fantastic! He was very professional, listened to all of my concerns and thoroughly executed fantastic cleaning on my couch and carpet. The cost was very fair too. I will be using this company again

Excellent service all around and will be calling them again in the future! We had our carpets cleaned at 2 homes (moved out of one and into another), a handful of rugs, and the grout in a shower cleaned by Platinum. Prices were reasonable, everything cleaned up great, they were on time, polite, and just made the whole process so easy. Rodney was one of the service techs at both locations and he communicated everything so well. Highly recommend!

Platinum Professional is just that - professional. For us, they have cleaned rugs, tile floors, and vinyl flooring in our new home that was not cleaned properly for us before we moved in. I have referred at least 3 people to them, all of whom were extremely impressed with Platinum's services. Great attention to detail and courteous employees. Highly recommend!

Thank goodness for platinum professional carpet cleaning! We were sadly hit with the stomach bug and I don’t think I could have ever looked at my carpet the same. We called, they came SAME DAY, and I can’t even believe how light and clean my carpets look. We always have a revolving door for the neighborhood kids, but I didn’t even realize how dirty our carpets had gotten! They also cleaned our sectional. Nothing but great things to say about these gentlemen! Professional, timely, excellent service. 10/10 highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Platinum Cleaning. Rodney was very professional and communicative. He arrived on time and finished three rooms in an hour. He was able to remove carpet stains that stanley steamer was not able to get out. We definitely recommend Platinum Cleaners!
