Winnie was right on time and did a job I didn't think was possible! Very reasonablely priced and was just a pleasure. Gets in and out without missing a spot! Had such an amazing experience that I'm hiring her for weekly cleanings! I recommend you get her on the books before she is all booked up!

Winnie’s Cleaning is absolutely the best. Started back in the summer for a deep cleaning, then once a month, now they clean biweekly. Was having issues with my shower glass doors with water spots. She has worked continuously on finding a solution to get those doors spotless. They are very professional and personable at the same time. I’m so thankful for these girls.

I’m a hard working, busy mom of 3 kids and 4 dogs. I run a business and never have time to clean. I called Winnie and finally trusted someone to take the reins and clean our house. We also recently just built our forever home. Winnie and her girls came out to do an "after construction deep clean." The house was move-in ready after they finished! From smudges on the walls, windows (outside and in), baseboards, tile flooring (lots of it), paint chips, etc... everything was spotless! The girls are always friendly and Winnie always responds when I call or text. It's nice to have someone in your home that you can trust.

Winnie did a great job cleaning our home. She has been very communicative through the whole process and followed up after to make sure everything looked good. We will be using her on a routine basis.

They did the most amazing job!! From the initial consultation up to the day of the cleaning, everyone was kind and professional. The ladies did even more than I expected. Not only did they clean, but they helped me make the most of my spaces but moving things into better locations. I wasn't completely sure how to ask for what I needed, but this cleaning service already knew what to do. 10/10 would recommend and I will be using them again.

Winnie's crew did a great job. But beyond that was Winnie's integrity. She knew I needed a couple more days to get my house cleaned out before she did a "move out" cleaning and told me she'd start when I was ready. The flexibility was greatly appreciated! She has principles!

I had reached out to Winnie for a deep clean right before thanksgiving. She was quick to get me on the schedule. Her team showed up on time, which I appreciated! I was looking forward in getting my house deep cleaned, as life with a toddler doesn’t give me much time to get things done such as the baseboards, window blinds, cabinets, etc. I had had a previous company come in and they didn’t do a good job. Considering how many reviews Winnie has, I was really excited to get a proper deep clean. Unfortunately, I had yet another bad experience. There was no way that I got what I paid for. Most of the window blinds were not dusted, let alone washed. I doubt the baseboards were done as well, or cabinets, and I think some rooms weren’t even mopped. Light fixtures in bathroom were not dusted either. They completely missed the master closet. It was a decent normal clean, but I paid for a deep clean, which I definitely did not get. There were some chips on the paint that were not there before. I totally understand that things happen, you bump into things, etc. I get that. I’m a understanding person. What upset me was that none one of the three ladies told me about it. I saw it for myself. I found this in extremely poor taste.

I will say that after I got home and noticed some of these things, I contacted Winnie and she sent the team back immediately. I appreciated that and thought it was very professional of her. They came, did some of the areas that needed extra TLC, and then left. After they left, I noticed other things that weren’t done. I was so fixated on the blinds which are a pain to do that I didn’t notice all of the other things that were not done. I pointed these things out to Winnie, told her not to send the team back for a third time, and that I would take care of it myself.

The entire experience was a total let-down. Winnie took feedback graciously and apologized for her team, which I appreciated. It takes a professional to accept negative feedback so openly like that. With that said, I unfortunately will not be using her services again, and am again on the search for another cleaning service.

Winnie and Brittany did an awesome job cleaning my house. They took time to listen to me to know what my cleaning needs are. Very quick very reliable and reasonably priced. They are definitely on my schedule for regular cleaning. Thank you ladies for being so prompt and so polite
