I love this company when it comes to my properties they are always prompt polite and they do an excellent job. We had an emergency with one of our units in the very cold weather. They came in the icy conditions on the same day we called very prompt & professional. I recommend them to everyone.

Had heat pump issues after normal working hours during the winter. Put in emergency service request and got a call back within 5 minutes. Was at my house half an hour later and fixed the issue quickly. Top notch service.

My parents called Hobgood to come out as their heat has been out for a month. My mom doesn’t have a Google account and sent me this message “I don't have a Google account..could you give William an amazing review..he came first thing..fixed the heat..price was good and I'm stupid happy.” So I would say that really means something that my Mom was so happy that she asked me to post this even though I live in Florida.

Our AC went out over the weekend due to a Freon leak, I made an appointment Monday morning for Wednesday, And the lady called to see if I wanted them to come Monday to get it done quicker and Dylan came and everything was great!! He was really nice, Took the time to explain everything, The price of everything was super reasonable and they broke it down so you knew what you were paying for, highly recommend!

I was very pleased with the prompt dedication that the guys showed to fix my furnace. After talking with William, he said they had a lot of jobs in front of me but he would guarantee that they would be at my house that day. After about 2.5 hr. I received a call saying they were on the way. Great job and I would truly recommend them.

I have lived in Durham for 30 years and have dealt with a lot of HVAC companies serving the county. I started working with Hobgood Air in December 2024, when the defrost board went bad on my 20-year-old heat pump. A technician was at my door the next morning, ordered the replacement, and had my heat back on in 2 days. The next time I needed HVAC help was in January 2026, when my unit began experiencing electrical problems. After thorough review of options with the owner (William), my husband and I decided it was time for a new unit. This was 3 days prior to the ice storm. A crew came out next day and completed the install. They were professional, courteous, and efficient from start to finish. I enjoyed the winter wonderland from the comfort of my warm home, and I did so at a reasonable price. Hobgood Air is a small business that prides itself on customer service and quality service delivery. I think I finally found my preferred HVAC company. I wish I knew sooner!

They always have great customer service. I call, they come with a day or two. Always super nice and courteous! Hopefully they can get our unit working fully and properly once the new part arrives.
