We have used Hobgood Air for so many years, we have been thru 2 outdoor units replacements. Every time we have needed their help they have been there for us the same day even on a Sunday. The guys & the office staff are amazing, kind & friendly, we think of them as neighborhood friends. You see their trucks everywhere, that is why you can see them everywhere. Always choose them for anything you need they will be there.

The service started with the receptionist Danielle. She was proficient,respectful, kind, and courteous. I was able to get service the same day I called!! Dylan was on time, professional and he answered every question I had. I would definitely recommend Hobgood air and will be using them for All of my HVAC needs!

They had a technician at my house in less than 2 hours, simply asked a few questions, crawled under the house and had my heat back up and running again within 20 minutes. He could have showed up and threw a bunch of parts at it, or tried to sell me new products, but he didn’t. You can tell this company is about long lasting and trusting relationships dedicated to taking care of the customer! I absolutely recommend anyone who doesn’t feel comfortable with trusting repair companies to use Hobgood, my experience needed to be shared so hopefully it will help someone find THE company they are on google looking for, like I was!

Prompt service, technician was very good. He asked what was happening and used what was said to make a speedy diagnosis and fixed the issue.

Young man came and did a checkup. He had to add coolant. He was very nice and stated they would be back to find the leak. I have a new unit still under warranty. If you have any problems Hobgood is the one to call!!!

I reached out to them from Pennsylvania to service the goodman high-efficiency heat pump that I installed two years ago that wasn’t cooling, Chris and Justin came out diagnosed the problem and corrected it. Cool air again…….They explain the whole service process from start to finish and answered all my questions I had….Very professional and fast !!! Great company, excellent service. We have three heat pumps, so three furnaces, and they've kept them all running beautifully. They're never too busy to take a call, and when they say they'll be there, they'll be there. I've recommended them to several friends and neighbors, and all have been delighted.

UPDATE 06-27-2025 If I could give Hobgood Air more than 5 stars, I would. I've been a customer for years, and they’ve treated me like their #1 priority every single time. Whether it’s the dead heat of summer or right before a cold snap, they show up on time, do the job right the first time, and treat you with genuine courtesy and respect.

In a rural area like ours, having a reliable HVAC company in Oxford, NC you can trust means everything. The Hobgood team is experienced, professional, and never tries to upsell you on services you don’t need. They’ve helped us with everything from AC repair to seasonal heat pump maintenance, and every experience has been top notch.

They’re busy for a reason: they’re that good. But somehow, even when their phones are ringing off the hook, they still make you feel like you're their only customer.
