Very bad service, technician didn't know what he was doing and caused my unit to burn up coil and blower motor, moved thermostat (for no reason nothing worng with it.) I brought parts and they agreed to install. technitian didn't know how to wire so he called another . he install and wired in less then 45 mins. problem is the BILL has uncalled for charged . I'm paying for there?????

I had Tim just come out and look at my A/C unit. He was extremely friendly and professional. He diagnosed the issue within a few minutes and even had a replacement motor with him ready to install. He was done in just under an hour and even zip-tied the loose cables for us. If I ever have any further issues I will certainly call them back.

They did work for me before which was great. I scheduled an estimate for an HVAC replacement and they said "after 1pm" a couple of days later. At 4pm they called my wife and told her they needed to reschedule. We declined. Heaven forbid you keep an appointment to give an estimate for a $10,000 replacement project. You can't keep estimate appointments then will you keep installation appointments? Not risking it.

Called Hobgood about 2 problems with our heat pump which wasn't functioning. They came out within 2 hours. Repaired an electrical problem with my auxiliary heater and then repaired a leak in the coolant line which required soldering the line and adding 7 pounds of refrigerant. Took about 2 hours. They were extremely efficient and polite. Highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Dillon came out and checked indoor coil for a leak. The service techs are installers are always courteous in time and get job done promptly. I have used them a couple of times and will continue too. I highly recommend this company.

Hobgood was able to write out my description of the problem and make a repair on the first visit within 24 hours of our initial contact. We have been using them for years and are very satisfied with there service.
