If I could give no stars I would. Came out to home never sent the report. Does not return calls. Winter time and I still dont have a working unit. Will be reporting to the BBB.

Completely un reliable. Never finished the work we paid for. Doesn't return calls. Claimed he would come out one afternoon. Called twice and kept saying hed be out here and never showed again.

Referred by my nephew. They were prompt, reasonable and great to work with and extremely prompt. Called years later, came repaired and never a issue. Unit sold 10 +years ago has been outstanding. Great business.

It was hot summer day, AC stopped working. Called Frazier brother's for service since they installed the unit 6-7 years prior. Service tech came out a few hours after I called, diagnosed the problem as a dead blower motor, got a replacement motor, reinstalled it, check refrigerant, and back up and running in three hours. Doesn't get any better than this.

One of the hottest days of July and my air conditioning quits working. I called Frazier Brothers and left a message which was promptly returned. This was around 12 noon, I was thinking it would be at least the next day before anyone could look at it. Mr. Frazier asked a couple of questions and said he would be here in an hour or so and he was. He very quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in a matter of minutes. I was expecting a bill to be considerably higher than what he presented. Quick service, repaired right the first time and very reasonably priced, this type of service is hard to come by in any business these days. I will always call them for any HVAC service in the future.

Alan provided advice for dealing with an aging system and when the time came to replace gave excellent service and installed the perfect system for me.
