I can't say enough good things about my experience with these folks and their professionalism. Our AC went out and Clint came out to find the compressor not able to start- it was a 12 year old worn unit. Put a hard start capacitor to just try to get me going on a 100+ degree day. Well, the compressor completely locked up 4 hours later and tripped the circuit breaker. They gave me a good price on a new Trane condensing unit and voluntarily threw my bill away for the first service call even though I really didn't mind paying for the service call. They installed the new unit within 3 days of the request and got it running in 2 hours. AC works great now. Good job Clint!

Recently had wesco check my gas logs - the serviceman was polite and knowledgeable and had good advice. In addition, one Christmas Eve my heat went out…would you believe the owner came out and fixed my furnace! They are top notch!

WESCO is an extraordinary company, very responsive and very professional. They installed a 3 ton Trane Seer Gas Pack with a new duct system for an entire 100 year old house. They also did the gas piping as well as gas piping for gas water heater and gas range. Clint H. was highly recommended by a friend and indeed Clint was as good and responsive as my friend said he was.

Wesco gave us a speedy response to or air conditioning troubles. The tech, Matt, was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issue and his plans to resolve it. The price was better than the other quotes I received. I have found a company I will use for all my future needs and a company I will recommend to my friends and family.

Clint Hinnant and the Wesco team have maintained our primary residence HVAC for 20 years or so. He's kept my system running healthy for almost a quarter century! That said, my upstairs unit finally let go last week. Clint and his team responded quickly and diagnosed our problem. They had a sensible and cost effective replacement ready very quickly. This was the first time I've replaced a HVAC unit so it gave me a lot of peace of mind the way Clint helped my wife and I navigate this process. Wesco employees are always courteous and professional. They find out what the problem is with the HVAC and fix it without overcharging and very timely. If I call with a problem in the morning, they usually come out the same day. I highly recommend this company.

Clint came out and helped me when I called about my ac unit not working during the heat wave. He was very professional, responsive and quick to come out. I already had multiple companies come out and try to persuade me to get a new unit instead of fixing it, however Clint was able to come out and get it fixed in a matter of minutes. I am now a customer for life and am recommending him to everyone in my area.

Top notch integrity and quality. Clint proposed and delivered a solution that was 1) half the price and 2) more robust than what my wife and I originally anticipated. We wanted to replace our existing system (AC unit and propane furnace) with a heat pump to save on heating expenses in the winter. We expected this would involve replacing everything except the ducts. Clint looked over the system and proposed instead that we leave nearly everything in place, just adding a compatible heat pump in place of our existing AC unit. This new heat pump would cover our primary heating/cooling needs, but in case of exceptionally cold nights in the winter, our existing furnace would provide backup heat, as part of a "dual fuel" setup. We saved thousands up front, are saving hundreds every month in the winter, and have peace of mind that we will stay warm on even the coldest nights. Clint has been servicing my family’s HVAC for 10+ years. I recently purchased my first home, and ran into some A/C trouble within the first few months of moving in. Clint was extremely responsive to my request and came to the house based on my busy work schedule. He was in and out within an hour, problem solved. I have not experienced any issues since. I have worked with a lot companies over the years and I have never been treated like Clint and his team treated us. Every company says they care, But you always feel like "did we get taken advantage of after they leave and what's going to happen when we have to call them back?" I was so impressed by everything they did and the people that helped us. They really cared about doing everything they could to go Well beyond our expectations. I may break something just to have them back.

These folks are the best there is. Period. They've installed multiple units for me over the years and have provided amazing service. They are honest, dependable and competent. Our AC went out last night. Called them early this morning. They were at the house around 10 am and unit was back in service by 11. Thank you, Clint and Matt!

Excellent company. My heater wasn’t working a couple years ago and I had called 3 companies, each said I needed a new HVAC unit. Wesco came out and told me that the part I needed was still under warranty. They ordered the part and it was fixed within a couple of days. I only had to pay for the installation. Don’t go anywhere else! They are prompt, nice people and they know what they are doing and won’t rip you off.

First call Matt came out, fixed the issue but told be I would need a new unit soon. The unit went out again and I finally made the call to get a quote. Don’t know why I asked for a quote because I wouldn’t have known what was good or not. But I trust them. Got my quote, unit installed and I have to say Clint and Matt are the best. I called quite a few times. I’m sure I drove the lady on the phone crazy but she remained professional. I’m pleased with the installation and glad I called Wesco. They don’t disappoint. I highly recommend.
