Great company! I purchased an old house and Alan gave me a heating and cooling solution that didn't break the bank. I truly appreciate that he didn't try to upsell costly, unnecessary systems. He's very honest and knows the best option for your property. I highly recommend this company.

I contacted Ideal Comfort by phone to request repair of my ducts because they had done similar work for me in the past. I was told that it would take several days for them to get to me. the following week I received a phone call saying that the work would begin that morning. I was away when the work was done. After another week, when the performance of my heating system did not improve, I received a text reminding me of an appointment I had for that morning. I was not aware of any appointment. The same day I received two emails with the same invoice attached. I find this situation confusing. I do not know whether work was done, whether it was effective and whether another service call will happen. I might be happy, but I am not sure.

Alan went above and beyond to help me diagnose a faulty gas valve. He took the time out of his day, and away from his family life on a Saturday to talk me through some of the issues and what to check. He called me back within 5 minutes of leaving a message. Wow!. I am grateful men like Alan care about people, and he has earned my business in the future even though I didn't receive service from him this time. Thanks Alan.

I found ideal comfort on the internet. After seeing the 5 star reviews online and seeing good comments. I need my ac unit repair. I don't know anything about ac units. I called Monday and was service that day. Ideal comfort was able to fixed my system and even adjusted my thermostat. I was very pleased with the services and price was very reasonable. I will be looking forward to doing business with ideal comfort in the future for all my heat and air conditioning needs. Thanks

I'm a little late on this review. I called Alan because my heat wasn't working properly I informed him that I had a baby in the house and needed to get this problem resolved. Alan came out in no time and despite what other people was telling me it might be, Alan assured me of what was the issue with my unit. They came back the next day to install the new part... Everything was professional and done in a timely manner. The price was reasonable and I haven't had any issues since... I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.......THANKS FELLAS

Alan and Ken did a great job for us. Could not believe how fast they work and how professional. They take into account what will work best for your home and explain to you what needs to be done. Our upstairs a/c stopped working. It was getting HOT, y'all! Something had to be done! Alan was recommended by a close friend of mine. We called on Thursday at 11am. He picked up right away, gave me his estimate of the worst case scenario. We asked him to come as soon as he could schedule us. He said Friday or Saturday. He was able to come on Friday by 2:45pm. He was done by 3:20! Very professional, good natured, prompt, and efficient! I couldn't ask for anything more! Thanks, Alan!

Great experience!!! Showed up on time, did great job installing our heat/ ac unit. It took all day, by they got it done it was done right. Alan and was very patient with me, as I had many questions about programming new our unit. Highly recommend. I’d definitely use three again.

We have had Alan out several times to work on our unit in winter and summer. He was great . He came promptly and was very professional. Explained everything he needed to do before he did it. We were so satisfied that we are going to get him to put a new unit in for us. We recommend him to everyone we know.

Our unit froze up and my normal guy was unavailable due to a family emergency. I asked around for a recommendation of someone else who is trustworthy and can help. This company came highly recommended. I called and they came out the same day, with in a few hours. Boy oh boy were we happy to see them because it was HOT that day! They narrowed it down to a freon leak... charged us up with what freon he had on the truck to give us AC through the night, and scheduled me first thing the next morning to find leak and top off freon. Yes, I would recommend them!! Alan arrived when he said he would on each visit... plus he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and worked quickly and efficiently to finish the job. Thanks for a job well done!!

EDIT: Unfortunately less than a week went by and the unit froze up again... we found out that the problem was much bigger than originally anticipated, we had a major leak in the evaporator coil. Yikes!! Alan was awesome!!! He came right back out first thing the next morning, and because he put a dye pack in last time he was able to quickly find the leak. He charged us back up, didn’t charge me for the freon or service call and then he explained all my options - we could fix what we have or replace this 12-year old energy sucking unit. I didn’t feel pressured to switch out the unit, but I knew that was the best option rather than putting an expensive band aid on what we had. He stayed good to his word trying to keep us as comfortable as possible til our install date, and worked really hard to make our switch out as affordable as possible, even crediting me back for the almost $500 worth of freon he put in the existing unit during the very first call. We ended up getting away from the whole house zoning system and splitting up our floors for maximum energy efficiency... we got two brand new units installed and these guys worked tirelessly for two full days on the install. Alan was able to offer us a great 0% financing option for 36 months, and their install was flawless.... everything looks (and feels) wonderful!!! We are so excited... so much air is blowing out of these vents, more than ever before!! After everything we’ve been through with them over the past several weeks getting our system back up and running, I would recommend Ideal to anyone. You can trust Alan and his crew... great guys who take pride in their work, care about their customers and really know what they are doing!!!

Ideal Comfort is amazing! Alan and Ken are the best. Our upstairs unit went out in the middle of a snow storm, with single digit temperatures. We immediately called Alan, and he did some troubleshooting over the phone. He informed us that we could spend a few hundred dollars to make a repair on units that were about 13 years old, and that would be the cheapest route. We have had to make several expensive repairs to both units in the last few years, where we unfortunately didn't use Ideal Comfort. We talked about it, and asked Alan to go ahead and give us a quote on completely replacing our systems.
Alan was very thorough, and gave us quotes for different seer units, along with different options for handlers. We trusted Alan completely, and ultimately decided on a 20 seer unit for our house, knowing we would save money in the long run with our energy bills. Alan calculated what expected savings could be for us, and he was spot on! Alan and Ken scheduled installation, and they were very efficient and neat! They were even respectful of our 1-year old's sleep schedule, which was definitely going above and beyond! Alan took the time to show us a thorough tutorial on our new wall units/thermostats, and he answered all questions! We could not be happier with our units, and have complete confidence that these units will keep us very comfortable in the heat this summer! If these amazing American Standard units ever have any problems, we will not hesitate to contact Alan and Ken again!

Alan is the absolute best! He has serviced our HVAC system for several years now and has always provided excellent service. He is great to work with, priced well, and very respectful of your home and property.

And did I say timely? During this recent cold spell, our unit started having problems and he addressed our issue the same day.
