Hale came and saw the damage, then talked to Ryan and Mike. Then Ryan and Mike came to access the damage by rodents to the ductwork, then came to install the new ductwork. They were great! Polite , knowledgeable and cleaned up after. Friday Hale came back for maintenance on both systems. These guys are an asset to your company.

Gary came out and did his magic. He is so very nice and helpful, I will only call Comfort First from this place forward for all of our heating and cooling needs

I've used Comfort First for the past several years and I absolutely LOVE Mr. Gary! He is the sweetest person! He is very knowledgable about his job and always checks everything like it's his own! He has done several things for us from service to repair to thermostat replacement! He usually even gives me some tips and tricks for other things around the house to help make life a bit easier as far as maintenance and upkeep whenever he is here!! If you want amazing AC service combined with the best customer service ever...call Comfort First and ask for Mr. Gary!!!!

Gary from came out to fix our HVAC unit on short notice, and he was an absolute pro. Super polite from the get-go, he took the time to explain exactly what was wrong and walked me through the repairs step by step—no jargon, just clear info that made me feel confident in the fix. His knowledge shone through; he spotted the issue fast and had everything running smoothly in no time. If you’re dealing with AC woes, ask for Gary—he’s the real deal. Highly recommend!

Comfort First went above and beyond to get our new heat pump and air handler sized, ordered and installed in a tight window to accommodate our guests. Ryan and Mike kept me posted during the installation and finished just as our guests showed up (early). We are so happy to be up and running with a new system since our previous unit, which was under warranty, did not have available parts for a repair due to a manufacturer supply issue. The Comfort parts group tried all available sources to obtain the parts. Comfort also supplied window A/C units until the installation which saved us additional $$ on rental units. Mike stopped out to install those on a Saturday morning during one of our changeover days so as not to inconvenience our guests. We truly appreciate the entire team’s efforts on this project.

Hale H. service technician was extremely professional and courteous throughout the entire time he was working on my heating issue. He promptly troubleshot, diagnosed and repaired the problem. Very knowledgeable. He took ample time to clearly answer any questions and did not rush off before ensuring I was fully satisfied with the service call. He provided excellent customer service. Great and affordable for you commercial refrigeration needs

We have used several companies in the area to repair our many refrigerators and freezers. Bay Breeze remains at the top of our list. Today they traveled at least an hour to find we had already resolved our issue. The technician was polite, called in our situation, and we were not charged. That speaks volumes.
