I have a Samsung dryer that stopped heating. I replaced the burned out coil and all was good. Not long after it started throwing an HC error code. I called One Source and explained the situation. They would not work on it however since I replaced the coil. I can understand their stance on that being they shouldn't have to warranty their work when the customer has already tampered with the unit. I am leaving a good review because although they told me they couldn't work on my dryer, one of the techs gave me his thoughts on what the issue may be. He said it was either the control board or the thermistor. Be it the control board I would have bought a new dryer but the thermistor is an 8$ part so I figured why not try it. After taking apart what seemed like the entire dryer I replaced the thermistor and all is good. So even though One Source couldn't touch my dryer they still offered advice and saved me a lot of money. Thanks!

We have used One Source Applicance, specifically had the Technician BRENT for our Dishwasher issue and now most recently our dryer. Hands down most trust worthy and reliable contractors in the business. 150% recommend them for your applicance needs.

Horrible company! They came out to figure out why my dishwasher never worked right. It was under warranty by Frigidaire. They came out and looked at it for about 30 minutes and said it was fine. Told me they just are not great dishwashers. It's a Frigidaire Gallery. $800 at Lowes! It should be fine and the reviews back it up. They sent the findings to Frigidaire and they said I'm on my own. I pushed it and they agreed to get a second opinion. Asurion came out and was way more professional and found TWO issues that were factory defects. The top rack wouldn't latch in properly to the back wall which sends the water to the sprayer. Also the top sprayer wouldn't easily spin making it essentially useless. Let me add that Asurion found both issues within 5 minutes. Parts ordered immediately. Told me it would of been over $500 to fix if it was not in warranty which would of been the case if we didn't push Frigidaire to get a second opinion. So thank you so much Asurion and as for One Source learn to do your actual job.

Gas oven wouldn't ignite. Called and got an appointment for 3 days later. Brian showed up on time and was very professional. Diagnosis the problem and had the parts on his truck. Good service. Only complaint is they were slightly pricey but honestly I'm happy to pay professionals, professional prices.

Highly responsive company. My dishwasher needed a new heating element because a huge chunk of plastic melted around it. Aaron was quick to catch that the new part did not include the gaskets to encase the element to the washer wall so he made sure that he had all the parts before coming out to the house. The job was done thoroughly (he checked for any leaking) before leaving and even leveled the appliance so that it fit the opening most properly. One Source Appliance Repair is definitely going into my permanent contact list!

A little frustrated. Been without an oven for 2 weeks. We replaced regulator ourselves because we weren't getting adequate gas to the range. Were trying to save money by not paying for a technician when we knew the issue and since the price of a technician would be more than the oven is worth at this point. Were able to replace part no problem, but the gas was leaking at the threads of the regulator even though we used gas pipe tape. It being gas we decided to cut our loses and have someone come out and finish fixing. Explained the situation to the people in the office and they told me to call gas company before they came out to identify that was in fact the leak so I did. Gas company said the connector to the regulator just needed to be sealed better. So I called back a couple days later and explained situation again and scheduled an appointment for that to happen. Waited a week for them to come out only to tell me they could not repair because it is their policy that if repair was previously attempted then they will not touch. That I needed to call the gas company or another company. I get that policy is policy, but wish that I was told this policy in the first place. I explained the situation from the beginning and the Technician was not told anything different. The reason for the second star is the Technician was very nice, but said his hands were tied otherwise it would have been one star. I guess at this point we will take it back apart and try to find a better sealant to fix ourselves and hope it doesn't continue to leak at the threads.

lee arrived on time and diagnosed the problem with my 12 year old kenmore washer in 2 minutes, he priced the repair and installed the new part in 30 minutes. professional job, pleasant and knowledgeable technician, good value, i would not hesitate to use this service again. two thumbs up!!

Brian came out to diagnose a malfunctioning dishwasher. Within 10 minutes he had the appliance apart and it was clear we would need a new one. Super happy with the prompt service and clear explanation of what was needed to get it running again! Will definitely use these guys again. Thanks!

Our built-in microwave started to 'jolt' so we had Brent from One Source Appliance Repair come out to assess and he was AWESOME. Brent was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and patient to answer all of our questions. Would not hesitate to have him back for any future appliance needs.

My 11-year-old LG dryer wouldn't start, and I was leaving on vacation in four days, so I really needed to finish my laundry. Brian from One Source diagnosed the issue immediately, and luckily he had the part I needed on his truck. It couldn't have gone more smoothly. I would definitely recommend this company!

Our dryer stopped heating. It was a really big pain with (2) kids under 2 and needing to dry clothes. Thankfully One Source Appliance Repair was able to come and service the dryer within 24 hours. They were very professional, quick to resolve the issue, and explained what we could do in the future to avoid issues. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

**NO PROBLEMS** I had intended on making this comment on Google + but could not find a way to post a comment. Donald came out to service our fridge this morning. He came as promised and was extremely professional. He was very patient with my questions and allowed me to "watch" because I was so curious. In addition, he provided advice on how to prevent the problem from happening again AND he didn't leave a mess. He even used a vacuum because I didn't have anything to absorb the water. (My Tenant was not there.) He also left some stickers that I could put on the inside so I would remember who made the repair and who to call again.
He was great, the planning was great. I really appreciate the consideration of being the first appointment since I live 2 hours away. I will be sure to recommend you. Thanks Donald! --- Please pass this along to your service manager.

Aaron and Lee provided excellent, professional service on a call today regarding our refrigerator. They were very knowledgeable and ran thru a complete set of diagnostics to assess the problem and provided detailed information on next steps - if the problem were to occur again.
They gladly answered all of our questions on the issue, providing a better understanding of how the refrigerator should perform. As we were impressed with their expertise, we also had them perform maintenance on our washer and dryer during the same visit.
