Anton was the technician who helped me with my dishwasher. He resolved the issue very quickly and was extremely punctual and professional. I was very satisfied with the quality of his work.

I had sent an email request for a ice maker repair on Saturday and received a response that day! I ended up scheduling for first thing Monday morning and Roman was very prompt. He fixed two issues I had within the hour. He was thorough and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this company and Roman!

Called to fix dishwasher. They were able to dispatch a technician the very next day. The technician Roman was on time, professional, and courteous. Dishwasher was fixed promptly and it didn't break the bank. Would gladly call again for future issues.

Had a great experience with IFixAppliances. Roman came by to look at my dishwasher, which had some standing water and an unpleasant smell (when running a cycle). After running some tests and cleaning the dishwasher (and the garbage disposal), he suggested that a circuit board replacement may improve the standing water issue, but that it was draining sufficiently well that he didn't think the expense was warranted. He ended up just charging me a very reasonable diagnostics fee. Not only was Roman friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, I really appreciate that he didn't try to "up-sell" me on repair work I didn't actually need. Would definitely use IFixAppliances again. Great service. Prompt and courteous. Had my dryer die on me. They came out the next day got it up and running in no time. Andrew was the technician. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the issues with my dryer and was able to repair it quickly. He also offered some insightful and helpful maintenance suggestions. They may not be the cheapest repair service, but they are responsive, prompt, knowledgeable and effective. Definitely call them again if I have issues.

I was having trouble with my washer and being that it was my mothers that passed away not to long ago I wanted to keep it. I called and Anton was sent out. I must say whn it was all said and done he did a wonderful job. Even the dispatcher who I spoke with understood my concerns and they handled it very professionally. I would recommend them to anyone. Andrii came and fixed the issue with my fridge so quickly and efficiently. The company as a whole was amazing to work with from beginning to end completed the repair within one day of my call (it would have been the same day but I was unavailable). Highly recommend.

My microwave/oven combo was giving me an error message and the panel needed to replaced. I contacted them and was able to have someone out the next morning. The part needed to be ordered and came within a few days. The gentleman was able to fix it in less than an hour. The office was very responsive and kept me informed on when the part came in, and quick with scheduling. Would highly recommend and use again.
