Vladimir, was excellent! He came for an emergency repair and arrived within 30 minutes. He stopped my washer’s water running as well as expertly attached my dryer hose. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will use Swift Appliance Repair again!

Vladimir was incredible! He was able to come and fix my washing machine so quickly, I called him on Sunday afternoon and he was here first thing Monday morning. He also had the part available at his warehouse and was back within the hour to fix it. He even provided a helpful recommendation for the load volume. Vladimir is excellent: both at customer service and his explanation of the issue with my provlem. He was incredibly honest with me about my options and ultimately with my specific issue, I just need to buy a new refrigerator. However, it would have been better for him and more lucrative to just do the repair. He didn't do that, instead, he advised me in a consumer-focused way and I greatly appreciate that.

Oh and on top of all that, even though he was very busy today, he made time to come out and diagnose my issue.

We had a terrible experience with Swift Appliance Repair. They came to the property and gave us a vague estimate of $370. Once we approved the work, they completely stopped responding. After waiting 10 days, we finally hired another technician, who fixed the issue correctly for just $120.

The receptionist, Nicole, and the technician, Vladimir, were both highly unprofessional. When we asked to speak with a manager or the owner, our calls were either cut off or avoided altogether.

This kind of behavior—tampering with a gas line and inflating costs—is extremely concerning and potentially fraudulent. We will be reporting this company to the state.

I strongly urge others not to call Swift Appliance Repair. Save yourself the frustration and risk—there are far more honest and professional companies available.

Woke up to my fridge not cooling, swift appliance repair was one of the only companies who could send someone out that same day and promptly.

My technician was Vladimir, and I can't give him enough praise, he was respectful of my house asking if he should take off his shoes, he diagnosed the problem quickly while explaining what he was doing. The part I needed for my fridge needed to be ordered as no one had it in stock, Vladimir not only took care of ordering the part, he came back the next day on his day off to install it for me. He truly went above and beyond and I am very grateful for his service!

We contacted Swift Appliance Repair on a Sunday evening when our refrigerator stopped working. Vladimir was at our house by 8:00 a.m. the next morning, and the fridge was fully repaired by 9:15 (including him having to leave and get a part). The cost was reasonable, and the communication and service were exceptional. Highly recommend!

Vladimir from Swift Appliance Repair is an absolute GEM of a repairman and person. He fixed the ice delivery system on my longtime Whirlpool refrigerator with little or no difficulty. He quickly analyzed the situation, diagnosed the specific problem, and then miraculously fixed the problem within a relatively short period of time - all while he displayed a very polite and friendly demeanor. This is after I could NOT get 6-7 appliance repair-persons to just to look at my frig. I wish I could give Vlad SIX stars. Yes, he is that good!

I almost don’t want to share this amazing referral because I know they will be hard to get in with at some point, they are that good! I called multiple appliance repair companies, actually the top five reviewed on Google, and got nowhere. One company even hung up on me! Then I found Swift Repair and was able to book online. I was so impressed with the repair man Vladimir!!! He was on time, very professional in appearance, and work skills. He wasn't able to repair it on that visit because of part needing to be ordered for repair. He gave me an estimate for Thursday repair, but he got the part in earlier than expected, and repaired my machine a day early, which was a great help to me! I hope Swift Appliance Repair truly understands and appreciates what a great employee they have working for them!!! Nobody likes to have to pay out for repairs, but if it had to be done, I can't think of anyone I would trust more than Vladimir and Swift Appliance Repair!!!

I contacted Swift after exploring other neighborhood recommended repair outlets that frankly did not seem easy to work with. First, those were difficult to contact but Swift took my message and returned my call. I asked if they repaired a kitchen aid wall oven/microwave, they looked it up and gave me an answer on the phone. Most importantly I asked if they could give me an estimate for what I thought was wrong and they did. All of the others would not and said we need to see the job which required a fee. I wanted to know if the ballpark price was worth it vs a new one. This was the clincher for me knowing repair was worth taking a chance on.

They set me up with an appt. right away and Vlad showed up right on time. He was knowable, cordial and took me through everything that was needed. The price was a fair one so I let him fix it. He was able to secure the parts same day for the repair and I’m happy to say all seems to be working well and we are ready for the holidays without the hassle of buying a very expensive replacement unit. Highly recommend this company.

Swift Appliance Repair was exceptional. Scheduling the appointment through their website was simple and Vladimir showed up at the start of the two hour window provided. He meticulously removed our wall oven and disassembled panels as needed to access its control boards, ultimately determining the problem was not the oven, but the Generac generator’s load shedding module between the breaker and the oven. He then carefully reassembled everything and reinstalled the oven in the wall so it would be ready for use once the load shedding module was repaired. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Swift was very easy to work with. I was able to schedule online quickly and they were prompt in the confirmation. Constant communication and he quickly repaired my problem affordably. Will recommend and use them again!

So…, my dishwasher decided to stop working the evening before Thanksgiving. I know… Could not have been the worst time. But I called Swift Appliance and left a message. Vladimir called me back personally and I scheduled an appt for first thing Friday morning. Then not even an hour later I get a call from the office to follow up on the call. That’s rare to get so much attention these days. Also, my washing machine decided to die at almost exactly the same time. Luckily, I knew about both issues before calling so I got a Twofer in a sense. But obviously paid separately for the appliances. Both the dishwasher and the washing machine needed parts so he was not able to fix it immediately, but it was done Right after the weekend. I thought his prices were very reasonable considering either appliance would have been double what I paid…, at least.
Vladimir, is very articulate, knowledgeable and a real nice guy. I would highly recommend him for any of your appliance issues. I will definitely be keeping him on speed dial lol.
