I had a great experience with Swift Appliance Repair. Easy to schedule. Mikhail thoroughly checked our oven then indicated 2 potential issues, and recommended we verify breaker first before doing anything expensive. Turns out he was correct and breaker panel issue. I really appreciated that they suggested options rather than pushing unnecessary work. Professional, honest, and easy to work with—I’d definitely recommend them and would use them again.

I called and he delivered! Very professional, and courteous. Showed up on time and took care of the issue. Brendan the owner was so polite and nice to me and did all he could to solve the problem. A great company to call on when you need appliance repairs. Will definitely use him again.

Texted this "company" at the number provided on the website almost 36 hours ago. Haven't received a response.
Went with another appliance repair company. Oh well.

Thoroughly impressed with these guys! A larger company tried and failed to repair our oven 3 times. Ifix diagnosed the problem and got the part we needed and came back in the evening to fix it, yes, same day service! Polite service and definitely experts in the field, highly recommend!

We had a very positive experience with Ifix Appliance Repair of Raleigh! It took about 18 hours from our initial contact until our refrigerator was repaired. Their service tech, Andrii, was prompt, professional and completed the job to our full satisfaction. Not looking forward to our next appliance repair, but when it occurs I'll call Ifix again.

Vlad came to our house to fix our LG Dryer which wasn't drying clothes. There are lots of different things that could cause this and I've heard horror stories about techs just repairing everything instead of troubleshooting and finding the broken part. Vlad did a thorough job of diagnosing the issue, and he walked me through the repair, the cost and clearly explained the warranty as well. He was quick, he took great pains to clean the area when he was done, and our dryer is working again - all for a totally reasonable price, and he was out the day after I called to make an appointment.

I have never had an experience with a company quite this bad. I have a refrigerator that was not defrosting properly causing the fresh food portion of the fridge to not cool properly. I had a service tech from Ifix come out run some diagnostics on it. The tech was nice enough and suggested that the control board was what was faulty and said it would be $350 in labor on top of part cost to do what takes about 2 minutes, just swapping the board out. I said it would just do it myself and he showed me which part number to replace it with and I took a picture of his phone and special ordered the exact part (non returnable/non exchangable) for $185. When it arrives I go to replace it and it turns out to be the incorrect board and the part number for the one he had suggested was off by 3 digits. I call to see if they can cover the cost of the board, they said no since they are not responsible for what I order regardless of their suggestion. Frustrating but I guess i could understand that. I asked for a refund on the $70 diagnostics cost which is completely reasonable considering I am now no further in fixing my refrigerator and down $185 on top of the fee. To this they also said no and that they are not responsible for incorrect diagnostics of the appliance. What is the point of having them do diagnostics if they wont stand by what they suggest. Avoid this company at all costs.

Extremely prompt, friendly, AND knowledgeable! We had a leak in our dishwasher, and our technician took his time diagnosing the problem, which ultimately meant that a part needed to be ordered. He got our machine to work in the interim, so we were able to wash dishes while waiting on the part, then he came back to install it once the part arrived. They never tried to upsell us, made us feel comfortable, and were extremely thorough throughout the diagnosis, installation, and communication before and after. HIGHLY recommend going with Ifix Appliances- they’ll definitely be who we call in the future!

This time I called Ifix because my oven went into overdrive and wouldn't stop heating. Once again my experience with Ifix was very positive (this is the second time in about two months). Roman arrived and diagnosed the problem quickly. We had to order a control panel, which he installed yesterday. My oven actually works better now than before! The only hiccup I encountered was a lack of communication about the part being ordered and its arrival. But ultimately the oven is fixed and we are, once again, you guessed it - cookin' with gas! Would recommend Ifix again because of their response time to my inital cry of help and the professionalism of their technicians.

Great Service! Fixed fridge initially & after having another issue within my 30-day window, Anton came back & fixed the issue for no charge. Very pleased.

Andrew was on time and started the conversation as to what he was there for. Gave me the company name and his name. Asked me a few questions and I escorted him to my kitchen where the dishwasher was leaking. He immediately went to work. Attempted several fixes to remove the incorrect original installation! Explained the reasons and after many minutes, several different procedures but the dishwasher was over 20 years old and could not be repaired as it was bent and could not be squared to prevent leaks! As a mechanical engineer with decades of experience on US NAVY ships - his explanation made sense with clarity and professional evaluation. I will ask this company for his assistance to install a new dishwasher. On a ten scale - I give him 11 🤗🙏

I used Ifix appliances based on reviews for LG dryer repairs. Roman was prompt, efficient, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. Not only did her clean the dryer completely, which was all it needed, but he went above and beyond by staying and completing a dryer vent cleaning! I cannot recommend this company highly enough!!

Anton did a really great job! He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a full run down of the issue. He then communicated with me as he ordered the needed part and easily scheduled the follow up appointment.

Anton deserves a promotion, bonus, and and a raise and you will be in good hands if you hire them.

They came in checked our oven, figured out the problem, and fixed it. They were polite, efficient and reasonable. This is the second time we have used them.
