Updated review: Roman did a great job repairing our dishwasher. He was efficient and kind and arrived early within the given time window, which was appreciated. He did seem unclear on how their pricing works. I was eventually able to get a breakdown from the office, though there is conflicting information on just how the service fee is applied (apparently, despite what the website says about it being included in the flat rate repair cost, it is an additional cost within the total repair cost?) Stella did promise to remedy this miscommunication. After a week, our dishwasher is still working well.

Icicles still keep coming in the freezer as you can see from the picture. The side of the refrigerator got warped and uneven after he used steaming for cleaning. Completely disappointed & dissatisfied with their service. Of course I called them to see what they can do and I got nowhere with them.
Edit August7th, 2025: My icemaker stopped working completely! We paid $300 and the problem is still the same. Please be aware that once they leave your house they don’t stick by their work and that you have to start all over again. I’m completely disappointed in their service.

Fantastic from start to finish, Andrew was our tech, respectful well spoken. Very professional went over everything with us made us understand it hands-down best experience I’ve had with a repair man. Will use these guys with any issues going further

Andrew with Ifix Raleigh did a fantastic job to quickly repair what we feared would be an entire washer/dryer replacement. He came out the same day I called to diagnose the issue, and had the replacement parts ordered and installed in no time. He even proactively diagnosed a future issue with my dryer and offered to service it during the existing visit to save me time and future problems. Highly recommend!!

Anton is the best. I've used IFix a few times and had wonderful prompt service each time. Worth every penny.

We had Ifix appliances come out and fix our dishwasher in Oct. 2024. We thought everything went well but we noticed that all our hardwoods are warping 10ft around the dishwasher. I opened up the cover on the dishwasher and noticed a loose part down there and a puddle underneath. So a $400~ dishwasher repair led to thousands of dollars of damage. We called them and they only have a 30 day warranty on service and said that I would need to pay another $70 for a service appointment to check what was wrong. I posted this review and then they called me to offer a free assessment but at this point, how could I trust them to actually fix the appliance? Very disappointing. Use them at your own risk.

Andrew, the repair man was punctual and was able to repair my stove successfully. He was very polite and courteous...a pleasure to work it. I highly recommend.

Andrew arrived the next morning after scheduling an appointment to diagnose and repair my 2.5 yr old Samsung refrigerator that I loved. (I did not divulge the previous diagnostic information)

I knew what the problem was since I had a Samsung repair man out to diagnose the issue at the beginning of the month. I paid the diagnostic fee to the Samsung guy but 6 days later I was told he does not do sealed system work. They wanted to set up another diagnostic with another of their local repair companies and charge me again for the second Samsung diagnostic plus other costs.

The refrigerator is warrantied for 5 years on parts and labor and this issue is covered, which was confirmed.

Samsung does not stand behind their products and their repair people want payment before they set up an appointment. Samsung also wanted my credit card on file at their call center in the Dominican Republic before they would set up a ticket. Heck NO! Samsung lies and puts the consumer through hell! Do not buy Samsung and do not let their repair people into your home. Their reviews and reputations are horrendous.

Andrew was punctual, polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable! He diagnosed the issue and let me know what was involved as far as time and cost to repair the refrigerator. The cost to do the repair out of pocket would be $1,200 or more.
(Many repairs done by Samsung people break down a month later as per reviews.)

Samsung does not cover warranty work done by good professional Repair companies with excellent ratings. Therefore, I made the decision to buy a new refrigerator and have the $3,000 Samsung hauled to the Samsung graveyard!

I appreciate all of what Andrew did. What I love and appreciate most is this gentlemen’s honesty and kindness. He will be the only appliance repairman that my family, friends, and I will be calling from now on. I cannot say enough good things about Andrew… I absolutely Love this guy! Thank you again Andrew 😁

Had a guy come out today to check on our fridge, was very professional and explained everything to me that could be wrong and the costs. Told me it would most likely be better to get a new one with the age ours was. Very honest business and will be calling them for all our future repairs.

Andrew took great care of my dishwasher issue. He explained exactly what was wrong and was honest about repairing vs. replacing the unit. He was early, courteous and professional. Would certainly request him for future services.

Anton came to check my Samsung refrigerator. First, he was texted me when he was on his way and was on time. Second, after some discussion, my Samsung fridge needed too much work for its age. Anton agreed with me that it was not worth fixing at this point. I am grateful for his honesty and the professionalism he showed.

Roman repaired our whirlpool dryer perfectly. He’s on time , very polite, and their diagnostic is way cheaper compare to others. Our whirlpool microwave needs a new door and we’re having hard time finding the part , Roman took care of it, order the part, lesser price and he install it for free. Great speedy response and repair. For a family of five our dryer is very much used. We have used this company several times. Keep their card handy. You will not be disappointed.

Thank you to iFix Appliances for fixing my dishwasher. They were the only company around Raleigh who agreed to come out to Fuquay-Varina. Many other companies refused, but iFix Appliances said yes and came — and I’m very grateful. They have the lowest service/diagnostic fee in the Triangle, and they did the repair for a very fair price.

Roman was excellent! He found out the issue with my refrigerator that went out on Christmas Eve and fixed the issue on the same day.

Scheduling an appointment was easy and my technician Constantine was fantastic. He was professional, thorough and kind and he not only ran the diagnostic test on my washer to figure out the issue but when he did not have all the parts on hand to do the repair, he went back to the office, obtained all the necessary parts and within about an hour came back and fixed it! No scheduling a separate appointment! I will definitely be calling IFix again.
