Great service today from Kysir! He was quick to respond, very friendly and fixed my stove in a matter of minutes. It wasn't a huge problem this time, but I'm glad to have found a trustworthy company to call when bigger issues arrive.

My dryer would spin but would not heat up to dry my clothes. I called and the gentleman I spoke with verified that he had the part that I needed. I took the entire assembly into the shop and he used his multimeter to determine I only needed to make a minor repair instead of a more costly repair. He actually changed the part out for me at a very reasonable rate. Saved me lots of money. Great customer service on a Saturday when no one else was open!!

I have used The Appliance Service Center of Raleigh several times. Mr. Nasser is very thorough and has always given me an honest assessment as to whether appliance should be fixed, or if it is time to buy a new one. Their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

I have used this service more than 15 years to repair a variety of household appliances big and small, and have always been impressed with their fast (same day) response to my calls, the skill shown in diagnosing the problem, and the ability to actually fix something long term. Kaiser will also tell you if replacing your appliance is best. He has a remarkable ability with mechanical things and I highly recommend this service. They accept payment by check, credit card or cash.

i have had Kysir from Appliance Service Center come on three different occasions now between 2012 and 2017 and have always been very satisfied with the service he has provided to me. He answers the phone when you call, gives you a specific time he will come not a time range and comes on time. These things are rare in this day and time. He also is very knowledgeable about fixing appliances and kind to work with. I always have a good experience when I use him.

I highly recommend Appliance Service Center of Raleigh. They were extremely responsive and are clearly experts in appliance repair. We had an issue with our dryer that they promptly diagnosed and repaired - on a Saturday no less! Very courteous, left no mess, and patient with scheduling. Will definitely call them again if needed!

For the past five years The Appliance Service Center has done repairs on everything from our refrigerator to our dryer. They are always immediately responsive (normally at our house within half an hour of our call). They understand that I like to repair rather than replace. Today, my dryer got a new lease on life! As always a great job.

I called last week when our fridge wasn’t cooling, so of course time was of the essence. He told me he could do the work and arrived within the hour! He worked on the fridge (freezer was actually the issue) efficiently, even while handling a few incoming work calls (is this a one man business? He seemed to be handling it all). He finished in good time and explained the fix he had done. Reasonable price considering the quick service. Fridge and freezer are still working at the proper temperatures a week later so seems to have worked- we are very grateful!

Same reason as all the other 1 star reviews: No call, no show. I set up an appointment with someone "for the morning" which made planning difficult, but I understand people are busy so I cleared my morning schedule because I really need my dryer looked at ($105 fee just to come out and look...). Nobody ever showed up. Again, people are busy so I called the office to check in the afternoon and give them a second chance. Got their voice-mail, left a message, and never heard back. Don't risk it with them unless you have an extremely flexible schedule and a non urgent issue.

Repair technician arrived on time, was very courteous and professional, quickly diagnosed and repaired problem with my Samsung dryer - all under 2 hours! The dryer works perfectly, and the repair comes with a guarantee. I will definitely call The Appliance Service Center of Raleigh again!! The repair bill was very reasonable - another plus 😊

Kaiser was fair and fast. I enjoyed meeting him and recommend him highly. He fixed my KitchenAid mixer in a couple of days and saved me a ton of money - by not having to buy a new one!

I couldn't believe that I got a visit to my home within hours of calling. Kaiser was so kind and educated me step by step about what had happened to my freezer. I was so worried I'd have to replace the whole thing since nothing I did seemed to fix the problem on my own. He came and correctly diagnosed the real problem and within just a few moments, my freezer was working like new again. His rate was more than reasonable and I will definitely use him again if I ever need appliance support again!

I called The Appliance Service Center to repair my dryer. I explained my issue and the error code the dryer was displaying. Nasser came to my home told me he couldn't fix the dryer and if he could fix it he was too old to move my appliance to access the back of the dryer. He was literally at my home for less than 5 minutes and did NOTHING. If he was physically unable to service my dryer then he never should have accepted the job. He then proceeded to charge me $105.00. I DO NOT recommend this company. It was a total scam as far as I'm concerned!

Mr. Kaiser was fantastic. Within a day of calling, he was at my house fixing my refrigerator. He showed me exactly why water was collecting under the drawers and what needed to be done to fix it. Price was extremely reasonable. The Appliance Service Center of Raleigh is now permanently programed into my phone. Highly recommend!

The service man arrived promptly, was professional and quickly identified a problem. Repaired that issue quickly as he had the needed part in his truck. However, several hours later there was still no ice and I had water on my floor. I made another call which was returned promptly. The repairman returned the next morning and quickly repaired that issue at no additional cost. I fact, the repairman telephoned later that afternoon to make certain my ice maker was working properly. It is making ice as it should. ( this work all on a 10 y/o GE side by side fridge)
I will recommend this company to all my neighbors..

Once again after over 20 years of using the appliance service center and Kysir always delivers a very professional service, nothing is ever too difficult for him. He always goes above and beyond. And his quality of work is exceptional. Reasonabley priced too. Highly recommend him for all your appliance needs. He has fixed many things in my home, from my refrigerator to a mixer I've had for years and even a more recent one, that needed some tlc. Thank you so much as always, Kysir.

Do not take your mixer here they do not provide an adequate service. I specifically asked if they cleaned and regressed the gears and was told yes… there is still old dirty grease or no grease on the gears they just covered my mixer in light machine oil. My mixer is covered (literally have oil coming out all over it) in oil. I have called and am waiting to hear how they plan on making this right but don’t have high hopes. They are trying to make a quick buck doing no real repair work!

Update: they did return my call and when brought to their attention that I asked specifically if he repacked the grease he responded yes. That this was in fact a lie because “he didn’t think it needed it”. We specifically asked for a full tune up and regrease. This service was clearly not provided. I did pay with a check(my saving grace) which he is returning so I’m only out the $45 to look and diagnose the problem. He was rude when I brought up that he lied to me about what he did and told me not to ever do business with him again. Now to find someone to actual clean and tune up the mixer.

Our washer broke in the evening. Made an appointment for the next day at 8am and Vladmir showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the possible issue and had the part on his truck. Unfortunately, it ended up being a multi faceted issue that required 4 visits and true critical thinking and troubleshooting by him. He never got frustrated or gave up. His prices were beyond reasonable for all the time and effort he put in. Highly recommend this company.
