Kaiser is one of the nicest people I have met and he has years and years of experience. I searched for someone to repair my kitchen aid mixer and luckily found his business. So happy, as I mix up another lb cake!

It's highly unusual these days to find a repair professional who is interested in fixing older appliances where replace parts no longer are available. Mr. Kaiser is one. He delved into the circuit board from my 25 year old GE stove and hopefully he can save me big bucks on a new stove. A work in progress.

11-year-old dryer broke. After calling several places that could not come same day, I found this place on Google. Received a call back and Mr. Nasser arrived promptly. He found the problem and fixed it. Friendly.

Update: I've since use this company again and still remain satisfied with the same-day service.

I have a very old Mr. Coffee coffee maker that is the best-designed I've ever encountered. When my original one died, I managed to get another which also lasted many years after I could not find anyone to repair it. I found a third at Retails. When IT died last week, I had three defunct coffee makers and found Kaiser at The Appliance Service Center of Raleigh. I had already purchased a new coffee maker that I did not like at all. Kaiser was able to take enough parts from my three elderly coffee makers and restore one to complete functionality, after I'd been told elsewhere that it couldn't be done. I love this place! If you're the type who prefers to keep an excellent old appliance running rather than invest in a new model with tons of bells and whistles that break down within a couple of years, I recommend Kaiser at TASCR!

Very quick response. He fixed our washer a few months ago and we were pleased. We just had to get our oven fixed and didn't hesitate to call again. Would recommend!

My old dryer gave out the day before I was planning to go out of town. I called many places and got no results until I called Appliance Service Center. He came in less than an hour and fixed the dryer within minutes. Higher cost but better than carrying wet clothes to laundromat in the rain for a week. I will use them again.

I was able to have someone come out and fix my dryer in less than 24 hours. Very responsive and willing to come out within a 30 mile radius. Repair was swift and painless.

He came out the same day. Had no issues with him calling me at work and allowing me to meet him at the house. Front loading Samsung washing machine was fixed in less than 15 min.

Its always painful to pay repairmen. Especially when it took so little time to repair it. But its done, I'm happy and I'm able to wash clothes and bedding with 3 kids running around, 2 dogs and cats while working full time.
Aint nobody got time to head to the laundromat!

Called about a broken dryer at 9 am and he arrived at my house at 10:30 am, fixed the problem, and left by 11:30 am. Amazing! Great service, couldn't be happier with my experience. Thank you Kysar!

Had a problem with our Samsung washer while I was out of town; my wife searched for appliance repair, and called these guys. They came promptly, BUT: 1) missed the correct diagnosis (which should have been obvious - I'll get to that below), and 2) proposed as a possibility an expensive (and unnecessary) solution. So, we paid $155 for what was a useless visit. When I got back, I contacted Samsung, their online chat people were responsive, offered to send out a technician for free even thought the warranty had just expired 10-days before; that technician identified the problem (bad shock-absorbers) within 5 seconds of looking at and handling the machine, effected the repair within 15 minutes. Appliance Service Center of Raleigh does NOT know Samsung washers and should not pretend that they do and charge people for it.

Have used the Appliance Center, personally two times and have recommended them several times to others. First time, refrigerator stopped running and freezer was starting to defrost. Called around, no one available for days, Appliance Center came out same day, The part that was bad would have to be ordered, but he was able to remove part and substitute a work around that had the unit up and running that day. Saved the cost of the part and the potential loss of the contents of the refrigerator. Just had repair on same refrigerator, again was able to repair without having to wait on replacement parts. Total cost was less than what most companies want for just a service fee.

Nasser fixed my food processor, magimix 4500 which has a sticky button issue. He charged fairly for the issue. He is a nice, kind, handy man. I was thinking to mail it to the original magimix repair center in Utah(Le chef) but I don’t wanna take a risk to mail it because my food processor is a really expensive appliance. I gave a chance to try local repair center and I am so happy with my decision and Nasser’s work. Highly recommended... thank you Nasser and Raleigh appliance repair center...

I called this morning at 9 because my fridge (older GE profile) wasn't working - Keysir(sp?) was at my house (dt raleigh) by 9:25 and even gave me a 10 minute heads up he was headed my way. He knew exactly what was wrong from me describing the issue over the phone (motherboard went out) and even brought the part to fix it. Seriously the fastest service ever. I've had appliance repairs done at other properties and I've never called and had someone at my house fixing it within 25 minutes, let alone completely fixed an hour after I called about the issue. He was so polite and friendly and he definitely knows his stuff. Exceptional service! Highly recommend!

In July our dryer broke on the day we were supposed to leave on vacation. I called several places and no one would get back to me. I called Appliance Service Center and he was at my house in less than an hour and our dryer was fixed. I was so pleased with our service that I gave him a small tip. This week-end our washer broke. I reminded my husband what great service we had before and I went searching for our receipt. My husband called and made an appt for Monday morning. (We were not that desperate to have them come on Sunday.) He was here first thing this AM and our washer is up and running. I will continue to call on ASC for any appliance repair we need. They are prompt, respectful, and I feel their prices are absolutely reasonable. I'd prefer to pay $150, $200....to repair what I have as opposed to purchasing something new. I would highly recommend ASC!!!!

I was having trouble with my convection microwave. I called several places and got ridiculous quotes to check out the problem. I had a friend to refer me to The Appliance Service Center Of Raleigh. I was given a quote of $45.00 for diagnostics.I took unit to his shop and had it back in three days and was very satisfied with my bill. I’m sending him to my daughter’s home to work on washer and dryer now. I didn’t realize he was that close to me on PeaceSt. and has been in business 38 years..

I called this morning (on a Saturday) to check and see if they have a replacement Water Inlet Valve for my Frigidaire washer. The man on the phone asked me what the symptoms were. He suggested i check something i over looked which required no purchasing of anything. It worked! He didn't have to come out and didn't charge me anything. He was very pleasant and most helpful on the phone.

Such wonderful service. Noticed our fridge was warming not cooling. Guy was there and had it fixed within an hour. He had a replacement part in his van! Super helpful, polite and experienced. I would highly recommend. Price was fair and the service was above and beyond excellent.

I have used the Appliance Service Center of Raleigh several times in the last ten years including today, May 3, 2019, with great results every time. When I call they are at my home to effect repairs within two hours,, rather than the 7-15 days I get from the “Big Guys” in town. They also have all the parts for my ancient ( > 12 years old) appliances right there in their truck. Many of the “Big Guys” in the area no longer service older appliances out of warranty and, if they do, they can’t ever book something to happen within 10-15 days. So the Appliance Service Center of Raleigh is my Go To place!

I dropped off a wine fridge for repair and was told $45 to diagnose, cash only. As I had only $22 in cash, a card reader magically appeared. Three weeks later, still no call and no diagnosis. Came by several times during normal hours and nobody was in the shop. I could see the wine fridge in the exact same place I dropped it off weeks beforehand, but now being used as a table for his microwave. Finally caught the owner smoking a cigarette in the back today, with no answers for the problem and certainly no solution. Sorry, but where are the positive reviews coming from?

Excellent service! Mr. Nasser came out to my house to service my Samsung refrigerator within a few hours of my phone call. He diagnosed the problem right away and had the part on his truck to fix the problem. He is very knowledgeable and is a very kind person. I will definitely call him in the future for any appliance repair needs.

Every time we have called Kaiser there, he has been able to come right out. Other places have been days or a week before a technician can make an appt. Super friendly man and fixed both problems fast and correctly with our fridge and dishwasher. The only thing i would say is to ask how much you think a visit and fix "might" be. As with most places, it's $100 or so just to have someone out, but just make sure he can fix it by telling your problem. If it's worth the money, he's worth the call.
