Mario from Steam Punks is the BEST!!! He’s so professional and was able to repair my Expobar Espresso Machine super fast. He has even checked to see if everything continues to go well with my Expobar after the repair. I strongly recommend his work! Thanks again!!

Mario was able to diagnose and fix my espresso machine and return it to be fully functional in one day, (If he can, he will repair it in your home, but in my case, it needed a part he did not have on him) .
Communication was excellent, everything was explained, and I could not be more satisfied with the quality of his work. -
Fantastic service! I was having some issues with my Pasquini Livia 90 -- an older prosumer machine that is no longer being manufactured. Every other repair shop located close to me declined to even try fixing it, but Mario took on the job. It took a little longer to fix than Mario had hoped, but I frankly wasn't surprised because the machine is no longer in production.
Yesterday I picked up the machine and pulled some shots -- heaven. Wonderful job Mario, and thank you. You are obviously an inquisitive man who likes to find solutions to vexing problems. Thank you so much for your help.

Mario was excellent. He picked up our ECM and quickly diagnosed the issue. Pricing was very reasonable and the machine was really well cleaned and looked basically new when returned. Would 100% recommend!

Mario recently performed some long overdue maintenance on my Rocket R58 machine. He was great to work with! I had to drive from Roanoke, VA, about 2.5 hours, to meet him with the machine. He performed a deep cleaning and rebuilt the group head and steam wand. The machine is working great - so much better! Mario is very knowledgeable, clearly has a lot of experience, and is super professional. He was very responsive to my tweets as I was asking about progress of the work. This was not an inexpensive service. But considering how much I have invested in the machine and how many years I’ve used it before this service, it was definitely worth the expense! And the machine working so much better compared to before the service. I highly recommend him and would certainly use his services again if the need should arise!!

We had a water leak on the water line in the back of our refrigerator. Mr Tim Dupree has repaired the water leak one time, and we paid him the first time. But it leaked again after some time. We asked Mr Dupree to come back to fix it the second time, and he made us paid him the second time. But now it is leaking again. I've called him to see if he can fix it again, but he refused and hung up on me. This is very disappointing and very bad service.

Dangerous driving. On 10/14 at 4pm at St. Albans dr , my spouse and I were crossing on a green walk signal when a Dupress Appliance Repair vehicle turned against a red, at speed, without yielding to pedestrians. This was especially dangerous in a residential area.
I do not recommend using a company whose drivers show so little respect for others on the road — especially in residential neighborhoods. -
I called on Tuesday for service on a bar dish machine. They said it would be Wednesday to get service. No problem. Late Wednesday, I called back. "Sorry, you are the first call of the day tomorrow". Ok, heads up would have been great, but no problem. Around noon on Thursday I called to see if they were coming, "late morning to early afternoon". Not exactly first thing in the morning. Tech shows up at 330pm (not late morning or early afternoon either). Cannot get a panel off to gain access. Says if we can get the panel off, he will come back asap. He leaves and my kitchen manager gets the box off with ease. I call him back. He is sitting in his truck in the parking lot. Says he cannot come back, but he will come by first thing in the morning. "Do I need to call the office to reschedule?" I ask. "No, I will come back and let them know what happened". I'll bet you can guess the rest.... I call at 11am to find out we are not even on the schedule. "We will see if we can get you in today, if not we will do Monday". Yeah, pass. Terrible at communicating, terrible at scheduling, and apparently terrible at taking panels off to gain access to a pretty generic bar dish washer. A simple Google search will show you many other places in town that can do the work. More friendly, more communicative, more timely. I should have known from the 2.6 rating. That is on me. Never again.

Called to get repairs on a very expensive mixer that’s malfunctioning and borderline unusable… was told it would take 30 days to get someone out to look at it! A whole month?! What an utterly useless repair service.

If someone will had ask me a few years ago about Hobart service I would give them a very good review. But today I have nothing good to said about this company l call for service on July 27 and they come to my store in a few days the Tecnician said that I needed some part and that I had to give them a deposit so that they can order the part, so I did But the Tecnician never came back to fix my slicers, I call every few days and they always gave me an excuse so many that they even mentioned part that my slicers don’t even have. I end up calling another company and they come and fix my slicers machine in three days. So basically they ripped me off very bad service.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! COMPLETE RIPOFF!! I reached out to them multiple times to schedule service before I finally got a response. Rarely do they answer the phone. Technician shows up to troubleshoot and charges several hundred dollars for the service call, he did nothing! Said he would provide an estimate for repairs, but likely less expensive to replace the unit. Months later I still have no estimate and have called (no answer) and emailed many, many times with no response whatsoever. Don't waste your time!

This company has the most unprofessional customer service representatives. I've spoke to three different reps in the last 12 hours and none of them have the same information, they aren't helpful either.

This has been the worst experience trying to make a service call with HOBART! I would never recommend calling them for service even if it's a COD, for which they took the credit card to even accept a request for the service call. I called for the update or ETA 72 hours later and Lol they said, "60 days out". I guess its time to replace the Hobart equipment for lack of service.
Response time 60 days and you still gave me your general phone number to look for the service manager. would I have to reach Hobart corp for assistance? -
Great experience. Called about a dishwasher under warranty. Tech took a few days to come out but was very professional, ordered the part and came back in once part arrived and fixed the dishwasher for free under warranty at no cost. I had to put in a credit application to be prioritized over COD calls which didn't make sense but other than that, great experience.
