The best refrigeration company in the triangle. I have bought two ice makers from Frank. He is awesome. One ice maker was at a house in Brunswick County. I had some issues and the mfg sent a local company to make the repairs. They were horrible. Frank asked to bring it to him. He went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed perfectly. He even dealt with the mfg on mt behalf, Great guy and great company.

Our dishwasher was skillfully repaired by this service technician. He was talented, compassionate, and well-informed. I will definitely recommend this company's services!

Had my stand mixer fixed here. While I thought it would be a little finicky to have to schedule in advance, he was always accommodating to my schedule. Pleasant experience and a fair price.

I called on a Tuesday to schedule an appointment on a Friday. They said they'd call me right back, and when they did, said they could come then (Tuesday.) I said again I needed them Friday, but they wouldn't give me a real window, just said they'd call on the day. They called on Thursday saying they were on their way, and I again stated I needed them on Friday. On Friday, I never received a call. Never heard from them again, wouldn't try to use them in the future.

I had a combo microwave-oven issue. One guy coming along ... I had to help him all the way holding the oven or the flash light.

It took him a while to figure out that the temperature sensor was broken. Since I knew the controller was working OK, I had to push him to find the real issue - not impressed.

Lastly, he came out with an outrageous bill and they don't accept credit card!!!

I would not recommend them.

Kysser was awesome! it was easy, fast and done in a safe way. He wore a mask the whole time, without question. He was truly professional and helpful. They responded the next day. The price was appropriate!

Kaiser was on time, identified the issue within a few minutes and left the house within a timely manner. I have user Kaiser for both dishwasher and washing machine repairs now.

With the raving reviews posted I was looking forward to having my washer and dryer repaired by this company. But I'm slightly disappointed. I called to inquire about the services offered and whoever answered the phone stated, "they are to busy to talk right now." If you're too busy, let the phone go the voicemail. I would have been happy to hear from you when you were available to discuss your services.

I have used this repairman several times. He is always on time, works on any appliance and I have been very satisfied with the repairs. Highly recommend. I called him yesterday, told him what the error message said, he looked it up and obtained the part needed, showed up today and installed it. Absolutely great service.
