Instead of showing up to give a quote, David started fixing appliances.

Our washer had a bolt loose that was affecting the drum spinning.
Our refrigerator had a loose wire.
And he ordered 2 parts for our Dishwasher and convection oven fan and we look forward to his return.

Phil came out to repair a washer switch on December 2, 2024. My security cam clocked him in at 10:34 a.m. and departing with switch repaired at 10:51 a.m. I was overcharged by $300 for labor and have been trying to get my refund every since. The owner responded to my first review with an apology and number to Repair Care, which BTW is located in South East Asia. What a joke! They continue to tell me a refund of $228 is due, they have escalated this to it seems a non-existent billing department and no manager is available to speak with. It's like they are reading from a script. There is something corrupt going on with this company, including the technicians. I am furious and determined to not take my foot off the gas pedal until someone credits my account the $228. Transform Sears Home Services, LLC is the parent company located in IL. My suggestion to anyone planning to use this company is to steer clear. Doesn't matter about any of the other better reviews.
