The technician was awful. It took three weeks to fix my AC unit. He kept having to reschedule and when he did show up, he’s all flustered from his other jobs. Didn’t have the parts the first time he showed up then started taking it apart needed more parts never showed up when he said he was gonna show up. All he had to do is put in a new compressor. He ended up breaking our capacitor, had to call in for help he dented. Our unit put the fan in upside down. He broke our electrical cover on the side of our house duct taped it. Had mulch all over our grass left all of his trash in our yard, and I’m pretty sure my AC unit is still not working. Oh and he had to watch a YouTube video to figure out the wiring. And my husband caught him peeping in through our window of the door into our house. Who does that.

The technician came to fix that our microwave isnt heating food, said he could see that a part to my microwave door was going out how ever told us when that happened to call for service again, now the microwave only heats some of the time on the same day the tech left. Had equipment worked on for same problem 4xs in the 12 months we’ve owned it. Very unhappy.

My tech Mr. Willie was amazing! He had to correct a Junior tech mistake and messed up. But he worked on it until he figured out what the mistake was and then he fixed the problem. I appreciate him so much for staying and giving us some cool air for these hot summer days that are on the way in addition, he called us to check on us to make sure we still had AC. Whenever I get service from my choice Home Warranty I’m requested Mr. Willie!

-0 not an option. I wasted an entire day, of one of my only off days, waiting for a technician to come out. Never had the option to speak to a "live" agent, only AI :o(. Rescheduled after an option was given and confirmed and still "crickets" no, not even that, 5pm came, went, still NO contact/update. Therefore, 2day I reached out to another company to fix my Samsung Dryer with ratings well over 4.9 stars.👎🏽👎🏽is my final answer.

After having a horrible experience with 1st technician, Zach and him screaming and throwing tools and also causing a leak in our unit, I was very pleased with the new tech, Angelo. He was very knowledgeable and got the job done after having to correct issues left behind.
I'd suggest that Zach be investigated. He was very out of it during his visit to mu home and didn't complete the job and left a mess. We felt very uncomfortable and dissatisfied with hus service.
I recommend Angelo for jobs to get done and his service and communication to the project was unmatched. -
Jonathan is very friendly and professional. I would recommend him as a great technician. I'm very happy with his overall demeanor.
Thank you for sending him!!🙂 -
First of all, I did not reject service. After 6 hours of very stressful service with no success, the distress had become too much for me to handle. Zachary the technician was apparently in horrendous pain from the time he entered my home. I know he had a difficult time. This job was too much for him to handle. If someone would like to discuss this further, please contact me via telephone. This technician needs a company review. There is something definitely wrong with him.

Terrance was great! Even though he had to come out 5 times due to parts issues, he never complained. Always came out with a smile on his face.

Daniel was great! Very thorough. I don't like the AI system sears pushes on its customers though.

Fixed my problem best he could but unable to get my refrigerator doors to line up even after working on them for awhile. Very nice guy tried very hard to get them right. My refrigerator is 12 years old. It looks like I may have to buy a new refrigerator in the near future.

He did a great job of explaining what was wrong and my options. Super nice and kept me updated about arrival time for appointment

I am extremely displeased. The technician came out on yesterday and told Me that I needed to defrost my refrigerator b/c I had left the bottom freezer door open warm air got in the freezer and caused it to build up ice around the fan and the noise I was hearing was from the fan scraping up against it…..He said if I defrosted it then I would be fine or he could steam it for $400 and I allowed him! Mind you other than the noise my refrigerator was working just fine. After he steamed it my refrigerator all of sudden no longer works. Only for him to come back and before he even looked at it he immediately told me that I had a leak. I disputed it and he then said that he knew it was a leak yesterday. He ripped me off for $569 and I want all of my money back! He lied and got over on me.

I appreciate having a HVAC heat and cooling check service. This preventative maintenance is much needed. Angelo is a good and knowledgeable technician who was very thorough. We hope to work with Angelo for this service again in the future.

Lonnie M was very courteous and polite during the repair and diagnostic testing of our water line repair to our icemaker. He was very efficient and we were very pleased with the repair. Patricia Benson

Dimitri was a great technician - but apparently diagnosed my unit wrong. Hopkins is stating the repair was a simple out of warranty valve rather than what was stated on my invoice from Sears.
It does appear that Sears is not only not a good shop for KitchenAid, but they also will charge you $129 to tell you. -
UPDATE: On the last appointment from Sears Appliance Repair, my ice maker was finally repaired by an excellent technician named Terrence. They should hire only people named Terence.
I have been trying to get my refrigerator repaired since May. Sears has had 5 appointments to perform the repair of my ice maker. It is rude and unprofessional for Sears to make you wait ALL DAY LONG, from 8 am. and 5 p.m. And then not show at all. Today is the second appointment Sears has failed to show up and failed to email or call to say what the problem might be. You are supposed to wait all day and then NOTHING. When you call in, the automated systems makes another appointment for you. There is no way to contact a human at Sears to find out when or if the repairman will show up. It's a disgrace for a once-great company to have become this sham of an operation. -
John was supposed to fix the burner in my counter top range. It doesn't click or let you know when you have reached another level of temperature.. I would like for the burner/knob to still indicate that please. I did not use the burner until yesterday/Sunday morning.

To repair dryer = $600+ when looking at parts and labor. Technician was super friendly and very nice. Didn’t repair dryer since the cost was greater than a new dryer. Still had to pay service fee but that was expected.

Jonathan was very personable and thorough. He answered my questions and offered positive suggestions regarding my item going forward! I would definitely request Jonathan as my technician should the need arise again! Thank you Jonathan!
