Amazing experience with Q Repair!!!!
We had an issue with our dishwasher and we had an immediate response from Q as well as flexibility in his schedule. He arrived promptly, friendly, and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He even had the right part with him!! We will 100% be using him again and recommending him to our friends and neighbors. Thank you!!

Once I contacted him with my washer issue he was out of town working another job. He identified what the problem was from my description over the phone…ordered the part and picked it up and installed it after hours once he got back in town… 10 star service…

GREAT SERVICE!!! Q goes above and beyond. I didn’t have to go more than 24 hours before he came out to check my dryer. Immediately got the part ordered and was back the next day. Now I can dry my laundry. I highly recommend Q’s service.

He did the work and was the pretty great about it. Unfortunately, he left the door unlatched when going out to the breaker box, and our cat got out, disappearing for half a day. Make sure he closes doors behind him whether for pets, HVAC, or bugs.

I was having issues with my washing machine suspension which was causing some really violent shaking. I tried tackling it myself but ended up calling Q instead for the repair. He was one of the only people to pick up the phone and he was able to stop by in less than 24 hours to do the repair. Not only did he come by early, but he also got the job done in less than 20 minutes. His service fee was very competitive considering the headache he saved me. I'd definitely recommend him to others and I'll be keeping his contact handy for future repair needs. Thanks Q!

We had a fridge that was leaking. Q came in quickly, repaired the leak and it worked well for five months months.

When the freezer started leaking again after about 3 months, I called Q and he texted me back about my inquiry. After I asked him to help him get it sorted, he did not respond.

All this to say, I appreciated that the fridge was fixed, and was bummed that when it went back to the former state that there was no follow-up, especially after paying $400 for the repair.

We have a stackable LG washer and Dryer unit. The washer's drain pump had gone bad. Q is the only service provider won't charge a minimum fee to come look and willing to work with stackable unit. Called Q over the winter holiday and had some snow storm delays. Other than that, Q came and installed the new drain pump I had purchased from LG direct. Process was quick and easy. Although after one wash, i started noticing a leak from the bottom of the unit... Q came back promptly the next day to reinforce the hoses. Q stand behind his work and will come back should you have any other issues. Highly recommend.

Horrible service! Been working on my washer issue for a month and still no resolution nor washer machine. Service tech has been to my house three times and it still does not work. I keep getting the run around from Hopkins and my warranty company.
