Even though Q had to share the bad news of our refrigerator’s demise, he was helpful and professional, and gave us good advice on the next fridge to buy and how to best do that, and any tips for fighting with the manufacturer . He was honest that it would not be a good investment to put any further money into this nine year old refrigerator .He also gave me some quick advice about our dishwasher, which was not even included. Highly recommend his services and we plan to use him for all of our appliance repair needs in the future !
And addendum 2/4/25 we had the chance to use him again for our dishwasher and he was just like before -timely , helpful and trustworthy he is like a breath of fresh air in a poorly regulated industry👏

On the day when I had multiple technicians in the house he was the only one who came who didn't jerk me around ...he diagnosed the dryer problem and probably under a minute and when fixed I think he charged me $25.! My long neglected dishwasher and disposal he brought back to life.. it wasn't easy and he worked diligently. More small minority business owned pros ike him. I will be dealing with big name companies no more

Qudell showed up on time, rapidly diagnosed my dryer problem, got the part, and was done in less than 90 minutes. He is very courteous & knowledgeable. I will use him again for electrical & appliance problems! I highly recommend him!

BEWARE robbed me of $500!!
I contacted Q on Friday 5/31 about our fridge which had completely stopped working the night before. Like other reviews, he immediately reached out to me and came over that afternoon. He was able to immediately diagnose the issue. He was upfront about prices beforehand so I knew I had to pay the $100 service fee and any parts needed upfront. He called someone to check if they had the part and got the price right in front of me. So I agreed and sent him $508 on Venmo to cover fee and the part. He said the part could be in as early as Monday but as late as Tuesday. As soon as it was in he would set up a time to come put it in. Everything seemed on the up and up at this point.
Monday came and I heard nothing but just assumed the part didn’t come yet. Tuesday came and still heard nothing so I reached out just to see if he had an update but no response. Still just assumed he was probably busy and would get back to me later that evening. Wednesday still nothing so I called and left a voicemail. Thursday still nothing, so I sent another text. Friday still no response, so I called again but his voicemail was full.
I was still optimistic at this point and just assumed he maybe something had come up and would give it the weekend and he would probably reach out then. So today is officially day 10 and I called, left a voicemail, and followed up with a text and still no response from Q. My husband then decided to reach out like he was a new customer and Q immediately reached out to him to get info and said he had availability today and tomorrow. He then asked for the address and that is when my husband informed him he had actually already been here and that I had been trying to get I touch with him. He immediately stopped responding.
I have been polite in all my communications and have extended more grace than a normal person probably would and it should have been clear to me from the lack of communication, but that made it abundantly clear he has no intentions of responding to me or fixing my fridge. I’m not sure if these other reviews are made up or what but I would never recommend him to anyone and would caution anyone who reads this review to do any business with him or you may also be scammed out of $500.

Q repair was great, he was fast, communicative and through. My dryer went out on Saturday and it's Monday and my dryer is fixed. I asked him to see if any issues with washer and he was able to take a look at it. Making an appointment to have him come service my refrigerator at a later date. I plan on keeping him on my list for appliance repair. Thank you for being fixing my dryer.

This is the guy you want diagnosing and repairing your appliances! Extremely knowledgeable and quick. He gutted a dryer diagnosed each switch/sensor, figured out the issue, fixed it, reassembled and tested the dryer in under 30 minutes. Better yet, VERY fair pricing. Great guy!

Very unprofessional. Q came to our home, tried figuring out what was wrong with our washer. Took out the pump and put electric to the sides, sparked it and burned it out. GUARANTEED my spouse the pump was bad. Took the diagnostic fee and said he'd get the part and be back in a day or 2 to fix. He never came back, never responded to our texts or phone calls. Very Very u professional. I would never recommend this businesses and am actually submitting a claim to the better business bureau. He got a one star because it would not allow a zero which is what he truly is.

Q did our Samsung washing machine, all we had to do was order the part. He was quick, very efficient, very knowledgeable, and very affordable! I definitely will be calling him for my future repairs!

I contacted Q from previously using him 2 years ago when my washer went out. My washer went out again (different issue) so I reached back out on a Saturday. He scheduled me for Monday and showed up in the frame agreed. He diagnosed the issue, deposit was paid and he returned later that day to install the parts. Later that night there was a noise that I recorded and sent him, he returned the next day to check the new problem and it was resolved the following day. His service fees has increased significantly since 2 years ago but his services were needed and he completed the job as requested.

Q is fantastic! He is such a kind person as well as a knowledgeable and adept repairman. He did a thorough inspection of my washer and dryer; diagnosed the problems, had the part for one the following day for a quick repair. The other has a slight problem that could have taken an expensive fix, but we agreed it makes sense for us to live with the issue that’s not damaging or dangerous rather than fix when it’s not really necessary at this point. He encouraged me to see whether the part would be covered by warranty and reminded me he’d be happy to come install it for me if that part is sent free by the company. So refreshing to have someone share honestly what they would do in the same situation rather than trying to sell you a more expensive repair job. I I highly recommend Q for all of your appliance repair needs!

Q Repair was very communicative and quick to come look at our dryer issue, making time to stop by same day. Because it required certain parts, he couldn’t fix it same day but confirmed that we could run the machine without additional damage which saved us over Thanksgiving holiday. When he returned, repair was lightning quick and the issue was resolved.

I highly recommend Q Repair Appliance. My washing machine quit and when I called he added me to his schedule the next day. Even though he could not get to me until 6:00 he still showed up and fixed my washer. He is respectful and courteous. He knows what he is doing and does it well. He will be my go to for any appliance repair from now on.

Hired this guy to come repair our coffee machine. He seemed friendly over the phone, said he was experienced with our specific machine and we agreed on a time for him to come out and repair it, along with the price. I made sure to be home and he just ghosted us, never showed.

Didn't respond to texts or calls, when we called he had his Google voice tell us to call back some other time instead of answering the phone, which was super weird. Very unprofessional, wasted our time and made us stay home for nothing instead of just telling us he couldn't make it, or decided not to take the job, or anything except ignoring us point blank.

I'd hire someone else more reliable or with more respect for other people if I were you. Should have noticed the tons of other 1 stars about this guy's unprofessional and sometimes criminal behavior.
