I was scheduled to have this company come out and service my washer and dryer. Apparently they perform warranty work for Lowe’s which is where I originally purchased my appliances and extended warranties.

Once Source Appliance called me the next day and said that they were only available 11 days after my original service was scheduled. I explained that my wife had made plans and taken off work to be home for the 5 hour arrival window to let the technician into our home.

The representative from One Source Appliance instructed me to call Lowe’s back and see if another service provider was available sooner. The representative came off as professional, but was very nonchalant about the situation.

I did call Lowe’s back and get another service provider and hopefully they will honor the schedule availability that they provide to Lowe’s.

Great job getting our refrigerator back in shape. Lighting was failing possible circuit board or lighting panel. I wasn't sure so I needed a tech to assist with the repair. Contacted One Source and they responded immediately. Friendly, fast and efficient service. Highly recommended.

This is our 2nd experience with One Source. Both times have been great. The techs came in, diagnosed the issue and gave a price quote. Work was done in a prompt amount of time. Will continue to use them for future appliance repair needs.

One Source was very responsive to my repair request. When I filled out forms through my extended warrantee they called quickly to schedule an appointment. Their tech Nate was professional, friendly and efficient in diagnosing the problem and replacing the ice maker. Highly recommend this company

I would like to start off by saying not having a working dryer and going to the laundry mat in the dead of summer sucks! Having multiple companies unprofessionally handle your repair requests is even more frustrating. I am beyond pleased with the work completed by Bryan at One Source! He fixed our dryer when no one else would. We had one company do a no show TWICE! We had another company come out and say they would not attempt the work. I was told by one company it would be double the price. Bryan was polite, professional, and informative. I now have a working dryer and the confidence that the work was completed correctly. I will be telling everyone about this experience and sending business to One Source! Thank you!!!

One Source is my ONLY source for appliance repairs:) Their staff is friendly, courteous, and understanding. Lee (the technician & fellow Jersey transplant) was FABULOUS. He was early (which is "on time") for me, professional & personable, and VERY knowledgeable about my appliance. He did not "do" something to my refrigerator just to "do something." He took his time to explain to me his diagnostic sequences, and was able to hear the noise that I'd been hearing. He communicated clearly and set my expectations for the techniques and time that would be involved in fixing it. The One Source service schedulers were prompt in letting me know the status of the replacement part's arrival and accommodated my schedule for Lee's visit to install the parts. As always, Lee arrived and made the repair taking his time to not damage my floor or fridge in the process. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND One Source to be your only source for appliance repair. I called first thing and they had someone out within hours. Brian was professional and walked me through his assessment by showing me the faulty parts. Although we have decided to purchase a new washer (repair would be about the same price), we were happy with One Source's responsiveness and comprehensive assessment. Would highly recommend.

I had the best experience today. My issue was fixed in a timely manner and Brent is an outstanding individual with great customer service skills, very knowledgeable and an overall great human being!!

The wall oven service provided was a breath of fresh air reminiscent of the "good old days" of good service in the current world where the norm is less than stellar service and all kind of excuses. This was our second time using the company, One Source, for appliance repairs. The first experience, a few years ago, was repairing a standup freezer and excellent service was provided then. Our technician, Brian, provided both service calls..A bonus for us is having the same technican. The company overall is very courteous. Even the person answering the phone and setting up appointments, Kimberly, was outstanding. I would highly recommend using this company.

We had a Lowes warranty on our Whirlpool stove. We were given 3 appliance repair shops to choose from. Glad we picked One Source. Brian was very professional and found the problem quickly and ordered parts. Returned in 3 days. Great service!

Called ONE SOURCE. Had a technician scheduled to repair my laundry dryer.

The tech arrived right on schedule, calling me in advance a half hour before the appointment to make sure I was home. (This was helpful, since I happened not to be at home. I was able to run local errands, and still be at home in time for my appointment.)

The tech was a perfect gentleman, very professional, very pleasant, very respectful of my home. He got right to work, and repaired my unit straight away. The repair bill was VERY reasonable, too!

They came to a rental property to diagnose an issue with a fridge not dispensing water or making ice. The technician diagnosed it as a piece of ice stuck in the line and possibly the filter not being all the way in. They only charged the diagnostic fee. Very friendly, professional and fair. Thank you! Will definitely use for any future appliance needs.

Our technician was Brian. He quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, and then returned to install it. The cost was more than I expected, but it was communicated clearly up front. Brian was professional and punctual (he even called to ask if he could come earlier for one of his two visits!). The refrigerator has been working perfectly ever since. I have owned and operated a small business serving the Raleigh area for nearly 35 years and I know good, honest, skilled, and professional service when I see it. Brian of One Source Appliance Repair, in Raleigh, has all of these qualities and more and he's just a nice guy too. It was refreshing to see honesty, patience and kindness at play this day and time! He was in no hurry to do a fast repair and leave, he took his time to source all the possibilities. Rest assured, Brian[they have other repair techs, Brian did my service call and on the same day I called] will come out and knowledgeably diagnose your refrigerator and on time, [at least in my case] and then carefully explain to you in full detail what your best options are to fix it. They don't play pricing games and or create a more costly repair to make more money and their pricing is fair too.. I will only call this Raleigh Refrigerant repair company who Brian holds their name high, in the future. When you find the all above qualities, you look no further.

Amazing service from my technician named Brent! He kept me informed on the status of my warranty company approving the repair, the date the parts were ordered, and the timeframe when the parts would be received. He is the ultimate example/standard for any repair person. He was very informative and pleasant to talk to. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced customer service this amazing!
