Had the Seven Gen Build Group help with my screened in porch addition and a couple of other odd jobs around the house. They were very professional and did an excellent job, that left me pleased to do business with them. Would definitely recommend and plan on using them in the future.

I bought a foreclosure house that needed everything done: flooring, water damage repair, kitchen appliances; just to name a few of the needs for my fixer upper!
They got everything renovated within the estimated budget and my “to do list” was accomplished on time by very informative and respectful contractors.
I highly recommend them to all my friends and family and i have their number saved for future jobs!

I am very happy with the job that Tyler, and seven generations did for me. It turned out to be a smaller repair job..thankfully, and they made time to take care of it for me. They did a great job, for a fair price! I will certainly call them next time I need some work done at my home .

Amazing to work with! Sold a house last year and needed a contractor to repair some major things found wrong in the inspection report. He rebuilt the roof over the front porch and corrected the grading that was done incorrectly when the house was built, repaired the subflooring under the hardwood floors that had been damaged from a substantial leak from the porch roof and did a few other things that needed to be done throughout the house. He was timely with his work, cost effective and fair with service fees, is very easy to work with and the quality of work surpasses that of anyone else I know. Contractors and can be hit or miss when it comes to quality work but Seven Gen Build Group is Amazing.

We hired Seven Generations Build Group to construct and finish out a 2400 square foot Barndominium in Johnston County. The Worldwide Steel building has a 1000 square foot in-law apartment inside, the remaining 1400 square feet is a finished garage. Tyler, the owner, came highly recommended and certainly lived up to expectations. Tyler and Don provided a written estimate of costs and updated us every two weeks on estimate vs actual cost. There were several aspects of the project which had to be revised due to the availability of materials. Tyler worked with the engineer to accommodate those changes. Tyler was always available to answer any questions and often recommended energy efficient choices such as spray foam etc. The building was finished several months ago and the average electricity bill has been around $1.20 a day cooling both the residence and the garage. Tyler and Don handled every aspect of the project to include foundation, building erection, framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, septic, insulation, painting, cabinet install, door and window install, painting and flooring. I would highly recommend Tyler and Seven Generations Build Group for your next project!

I had Clay with AccuTrust come out to do an inspection on a 1940s home. He went above and beyond what my expectations were.
The Crawlspace was extremely tight but that didnt stop him from going into it to properly inspect the structure and condition of the crawl. Also the attic was not an easy task to inspect but Clay managed to get into the attic and do his inspection.
His format of inspection report is one of the best in my opinion, very easy to read and understand.
I would Highly recomend Clay with AccuTrust to do any work within his scope of service.
