Chris was very quick to come out and give us an estimate. He explained the entire process where it was easy to understand and we knew this was the right decision to seal the crawlspace.It is so clean under there now, I have no issue going inside there now. No more worries of critters or installation falling down because of moisture. They also put in a new door to our crawlspace. We really love it and wish we had done this sooner. Thanks for the guys that put it in working on the day after Thanksgiving.

Live Green Inc. sealed our crawlspace. We are very pleased with the out come. From the sales process to the installation. Everything was completed on time and to our great satisfaction. Live Green removed all insulation from underneath our home and replace it and sealed my total crawlspace. They also reinsulated my attic space. Great people to work with and very professional. Cleaned every area after they completed the work.

Few months after installing our new hardwood floor, the hardwoods started to bow because of the excessive moisture in the crawlspace. While evaluating few of the crawlspace encapsulation companies to fix the issue, I found Live Green Inc. to be very competitively priced and less pushy. They didn't try to sell unnecessary additional options; they quoted just the minimum required work. I decided to go with them and the crew did a great job!

After a month, the moisture levels didn't come down and I asked Chris to come back and check. To my surprise, the owner of the company came down to inspect and he said they should have considered installing a dehumidifier to begin with because of the height of my crawlspace. Since this was a miss, he said he would install the dehumidifier for free of charge.

After the dehumidifier installation, my crawl space moisture level is well under control and the hardwoods have gotten better. Thanks to Chris and team for taking care of the issue right away!

We had 2 estimates for enclosing our crawl space. We didn't know if a dehumidifier was necessary and the expense, upkeep, and potential break down seemed problematic. Chris from Live Green gave us a thorough inspection and estimate without the dehumidifier and reasons why we could do it successfully without it. We were thrilled with the price. The installers came and were professional and very thorough cleaning. They went above and beyond time and again in the two days they worked at our home. The owner built 3 beautiful doors, 2 in the crawl space and one that is seen from the back of the house.

I contacted vendor in Nov 2021 to discuss moisture issues in my crawl space. I was not ready to have the work completed at that time. The vendor was very understanding and continued to hold a very informative meeting with me. I contacted them in Mar 2022 to schedule the work. The scheduling process was easy and flexible. The work was done in two days and seemed to be an extremely efficient process. There were quality checks completed the second day by multiple employees. My questions were answered thoroughly throughout the process. My home seems to be operating much more efficiently, especially in an area of the home that was always a 10 degree difference from the remainder of the home previously. This summer, that part of the house maintains a consistent temperature to the rest of the home. My crawlspace was checked for moisture and mold by a third-party this summer and I am pleased to say that the issues from 2021 have been resolved. Highly recommend this company and Chris, my sales rep, for crawlspace work!

I had my crawlspace sealed last week and LiveGreen did an amazing job! They removed the old, falling down insulation as well as the old vapor barrier. They treated the joist for mold, placed a new vapor barrier and foam board around the perimeter. They also installed a new crawlspace door and a dehumidifier. It looks so great under my house and I am so excited to enjoy the difference inside my house as well.

The crew did a a good job sealing the crawlspace. From the first interaction with sales to the team that came out and did the work, they are all very nice and professional. I had an small issue and the office promptly scheduled the crew back in two days to fix without hesitation. I would recommend them. They also certified my house as energy star back in 2011 when my builder first built it. If my builder trusts them, then they must be good. You want an inland that uses quality material, good people and stand behind their work.
