They were on time, polite and did an amazing job

I order a refrigerator and it took almost three months to get it, they bought me the wrong one. And the second time it was damaged., then I had to wait another two weeks to get it. Up until today I have not got an apology from no body in management. It was not good customer service. The only persons who was nice was Jeanie the department supervisor

Water heater goes out on Friday morning of 1/23, I called Home depot in the afternoon, was contacted by ARS moments later, said they would have a tech come by between 6 and 9pm, to assess and install. So at about 8 that night i got a call from ARS saying they were tied up with calls and they'd send a person between 8-12 the next day. Tech showed up and said we needed a new water heater. and it would not be until 1/27 that they be able to. That's not what i was initially told! So the entire weekend of the Ice storm, no hot water and limited power. On 1/27 the water heater was installed, but due to something with the installer not having all the parts to complete th job, we had to go another day with no hot water! I've cooled down, but not happy! 4,169.88 for a water heat to be installed and having to water through freezing temps to get it installed. NOT HAPPY!

We had John and Bailey come over for a long long list of move-in maintenance requests and they were great. Even with a full schedule coming from Raleigh into Chapel Hill they came after their work hours to help us with the urgent requests and got it done. Still some loose ends but we have some tricky requests and they will come back. Overall very friendly and would recommend!

My property manager has hired Angela to work on a number of maintenance requests and she is always effective at communicating and completing the task at hand. I can tell she is a very hard worker, and I would recommend her!

Finding a reliable and trustworthy contractor is nightmare. We have been searching for years and kept running in to so many issues. Poor communication, unreliable work, poor quality results, and impractical ideas that cost a fortune.

We finally found that rare gem of a business that can now be our go to for all of our home repair and renovation needs! Angela, the owner and GC, is a straight shooter. She’ll tell you what can and cant be done and she doesn’t tolerate poor workmanship from her subcontractors. She personally oversees each step of a job to make sure it was done right.

I think we differ from the norm in that we don’t shop around for the cheapest work. We’d rather pay more for good quality and service and not have to pay to have the job done again in a couple years. Having said that NC Home Pros delivers high quality work at very reasonable costs. Very professional and highly communicative. We’ll definitely hire them again!

Great communication. Angela and her teams repaired various siding/exterior problems. They went above and beyond to complete everything in a timely manner. Have already recommended to neighbors and will use again for future housing projects.
