We have had a number of companies service our pool in the last 15 years, but we were very pleased when we found Pool specialists. They have been very responsive, very fair, and just done a great job. I would highly recommend them.

Pool Specialists maintain the salt water pool at Wood Valley Swim and Racquet where I swim year round. The water is always very clean and pleasant to swim laps in! Highly recommended!

The owner of pool specialist is a person who would NOT take a bad review and would do anything and everything to let down a customer, who provided bad reviews to POOL SPECIALISTS INC. Since I am not sure how to respond to the response - the Pool Specialist owner provided below - I don't have time like him or energy to get into this but would just say I hope he remembers this review and learn from it - so that no one else has to go through this.

I am out of KC and have been trying to figure out what is wrong with my Pentair pool heater that has been working on and off for a year. I reached out too many techs in KC and no one could figure it out. I called this company on a Sunday afternoon and Craig called me back within an hour. He spent time with me going through items on the pentair heater to eliminate problems and find out what was going on. After about 40 minutes we found the problem and I then had it up and running.. I can't thank him enough and highly recommend him and his company.

I had a local company install my pool last fall. They did a terrible job. Not only did they not set up the correct drainage for the pool, but they wired the electronics incorrectly. I have a Pentair system. When Craig showed up, he knew exactly how to fix the mess that the other company left me with. He knows his stuff, and his problem-solving ability is fantastic. My remote access now can do things that it never did with the original install, and I understand the system much better. Don't call anyone else for repair.

Craig and his team have supported my pool for the past 11 years. They are professional and reliable. My pool always looks great. They also are proactive regarding preventive maintenance while being fiscally responsible. I recommend them highly.

I have been lap swimming at a pool maintained by Pool Specialists for many years. It is by far the nicest water quality of any pool in which I have ever swam. The water is clean and crystal clear. We had been out of town and returned on Friday evening to find that all electrical power to our pool controls had been interrupted and pool functions had been off for at least 3 days. I left a message for Pool Specialists early Monday morning and Morgan returned my call within minutes. I explained the problem and she said that Craig would be at our home no later than Tuesday AM, but if his schedule allowed, he would come Monday afternoon. Craig arrived mid afternoon Monday and corrected the electrical problem. We are most appreciative of the outstanding, responsive and professional service that Pool Specialists provided.

Pool Specialists maintains our neighborhood pool. Water is always clear and uses a salt system so I don't feel the need to enter a chlorine decontamination chamber after swimming. I recently recommended Pool Specialists to a friend whose neighborhood pool was having trouble with their heater. They fixed it on a Sunday within a few hours. Great service.

We have been members of Wood Valley Swim and Racquet Club for seven years, and Pool Specialists has taken care of it for as long as I’ve been a member. They are fantastic! Great lifeguards, great technicians, clean pool, very responsive when the pool has an issue, excellent value - they truly lead the market as a pool company.

One of my friends used to be a member of another neighborhood pool but her kids spent the summer ear infections because of the subpar water. Since joining Wood Valley with a pool under the care Pool Specialists, they’ve not had one. Also, Pool Specialists provides a salt water option, which is fantastic. I recognize the difference when I swim elsewhere. I wouldn’t want it any other way.

My husband & I both grew up swimming in lakes. Did not swim regularly in pools until adults. The salt system that Pool Specialists uses at WVSRC has been by far the most enjoyable & comfortable pool experience we have had since lake-swimming days - none of the skin/eye irritation experienced with chlorine systems. In our opinion, the pool has been maintained professionally & in a timely manner. Whenever I have had a question re: equipment (covers/rollers, robotic cleaner), Craig has responded almost immediately with the information needed.

Pool Specialists is the pool management company for our family’s swim and racquet club.We have been members at Wood Valley for over 5 years and have been thoroughly impressed with the service that Craig Wooster and his employees provide. The pool is carefully and expertly maintained and the water quality rivals any other pool I have ever visited or belonged to. Craig goes above and beyond to service the club including providing free equipment, personal time, and is an extremely knowledgeable and professional business owner.
