They only sale to commercial customers

Just about got run off the outer beltline this morning around wake forest road by a truck for this company. I tried calling the company to report the incident but they only transferred me to a voicemail. At least I know this is a company that doesn't care because multiple people are saying the same thing for a long time.

Have used Watson a few different times and have always had a great experience. Technician Billy is very professional and competent. I would highly recommend them based on my experiences.

On the way into Raleigh on 440, a Watson Electric SUV was swerving in and out of heavy traffic while tailgating several cars, myself included. While I've not had work down by them, their name is on the side of the SUV. They are still being represented in a bad light. If that driver was that inconsiderate of others while driving, I don't want them in my home because who knows how they'll be in that setting?

Great experience with Watson Electrical and technician Billy. We had a ceiling fan installed that ended up malfunctioning and needed to be replaced. We have very high ceilings but they were able to take down the old one and put in the new one without a problem. They were on time, very respectful and charged a very reasonable price. Will definitely use Watson again in the future.

Driving is absolutely horrible. Tailgating and swerving in between other vehicles with no obvious care whatsoever. Almost caused a three car fender-bender in the middle of highway 64. Not a good look on your business. I recommend discussing erratic driving with your employees.

I was driving to my work this morning and one of their vans drove me off the highway and into the median going 70 mph on high64. You need to hold your drivers accountable if someone got into an accident your company would be held liable for the reckless driving of you workers. I'm extremely pissed off by the negligence of your driver had I not driven into the median your driver would have damaged my car and cause a accident

If there is a BELOW STAR I would give them . They are the WORST company in town. A guy his name is OSCAR he works there just watch out from him he has an attitude, negative customer service. They just wasting your time, I had a job I drove from Raleigh all the way to Fayetteville and met him there and we got everything together and waited almost 2 weeks for permit and brought all the materials to the house then all sudden he called me said we not doing any business and have to pull myself from this contract. He said I am the one who broke the contract and he is the one who called me said I don't want to do this job see how stupid that is . And my boss called him and was listening to this guy and as soon as my house started talking he started raising his voice to us see how BAD BAD BAD BAD 👎 their customer service.

Driving down I-40 near the page rd exit on Thursday 11/13 at around 230 and one of your drivers in a Chevy white truck tailgated me and flipped me off. Now I work for a company and I also drive a truck with their logo on it. If I had flipped someone off while driving, the dashcam would have caught it and I'd be fired. Is this what you guys are all about? Everything I do is regulated and monitored by a safety team. I wouldn't be able to get away with that

Horrible, ordered 3/4" x 10' length rigid off of the web for $8.34 each. I went on line and chatted with a representative to confirm, he helped me make the order. Went to pick up my order, they said it is sold by the foot. They said the web page is wrong, and they would fix the web page. I wasted 2 hours of my day and they would not make it right. From the web "Description: 3/4 inch stainless steel rigid conduit with metallic color and 10 ft length. Includes-standard threaded coupling.". Rip-off "bait and switch".

Horrible, horrible service I went there and nobody was at the counter then a guy was just passing by and asked me what I need and I said GMT fuses then he went back door and asked another guy (Probably the person that supposed to be at the counter) and he said: we don't have that...come on!!!! You didn't even look at it and didn't even ask me if we can order for you...
