* Extremely responsive, both to calls (primary contact) and emails
* Extremely fast: He will make all efforts to be out as soon as possible, on your time.
* Thorough: I had a very puzzling (even for professionals) wiring/circuit issue. We thought it was resolved (mostly due to the strange wiring in my house, plus the behavior changed), but it came back about a day later. Brad quickly returned, found the culprit after an even deeper investigation, and got it all working again.
* Safety-conscious: They spotted a few outlets in the investigation were wired backwards, and a few other things problematic. He fixed them all as we were investigating another issue. No hazard remained when he was done with it.
* Reasonably priced
* Professional and friendly. The little touches.

I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone in or near the Triangle, hands down.

We are new homeowners, and were apprehensive about our first professional visit. Triangle Electricians were absolutely great, with excellent prices to match. We had two guys come out to install a dining room light, entry light and kitchen light. They knocked it out in less than an hour and a half, and that included taking all of the other fixtures down and even dealing with one light that was nailed into the ceiling by a friend. They managed to preserve the light and we were able to use it elsewhere.

We absolutely recommend these guys, and will use them for all other electrician needs in the Triangle.

I called three different electricians two days ago (the Tuesday before Christmas), not really expecting to get responses from any till after the holidays. Luckily for me, Brad answered his phone and set up a time the next day (Wednesday) to meet me at home and take care of four minor repairs and install a new ceiling fan. He arrived promptly (actually 7 minutes early) and did a great job. He's courteous, professional and honest. The rate was more than reasonable - it was 2/3 what we've paid other electricians for similar services in the past. We'll be using this company again.

There’s not enough I can say about Andrew! My husband and I met him as we were moving into our new office and he was working next door. From the moment we all made introductions, he was a wealth of information on all the tidbits of things to do and watch for in our new building. He gave us a quote and we thought maybe he was a bit too high in his price..I mean it was just 3 outlets after all..wrote him and said we wanted to get another quote and few hours later he called to chat about it. In about two minutes I realized we were wrong about him and about our perception of price. Here we are, business owners ourselves, looking to get another quote over $100 difference in prices. Really? The wealth of information he gave us all day for free, the suggestions on how to do certain things to make sure it’s done right...free. The guidance and willingness to educate us..free. And we were haggling over $100? We were wrong! As business owners we pride ourselves on being different than all the rest...why? Because our SERVICE is hands down better than all others! Andy and Joe did an amazing job fixing my electrical issues. Wonderful customer service experience, broke things down so I could understand what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix the issues. I'll never call another electrician again!
