Andrew was awesome. He was timely, professional, and knowledgable. When we called to ask for a quote, he spent at least 15 minutes talking us through various solutions over the phone and explaining what the problem could be. When he arrived, it turned out to be an easy fix and he went above and beyond, giving us a mini lesson on our house's wiring and electrical box. We will absolutely call him in the future and recommend him highly!

After a big storm hit, my neighbors tree fell and pulled out all my utilities. I called Terrace Electric after reading his other reviews, and Andrew was at my house in less than an hour to assess my problem and offer me a solution. Not even 2 days later he was able to fix my electrical problem on my roof and make it look better than before. Don’t hesitate to use his services, you will not be disappointed!

Andrew from Terrace Electric LLC is the best. He was recommended to me from my electrician who was unavailable today. After speaking with Andrew on the phone, he suggest to troubleshoot over the phone before comi g I et to my house. He wanted to see if he could save me the service call fee in. Are the issue could be resolved with me over the phone.
Andrew patiently guided me through the troubleshooting process and was able to find the issue and assist me over the phone, saving me at least $200, while teaching me few tricks to avoid the same issue in the future.
This is truly what honest and excellent customers service is all about and for that I am very grateful to Andrew.
I would highly recommend his service and will not hesitate to call him next time!

Andrew was awesome. He explained what I needed for my spa and outlets for my waterfall to set me up for my current situation and future plans. As most of construction jobs there are wrinkles but Andrew was very communicative and let me know what plans were. It is nice to have an electrician that knows the codes and installs accordingly. Cant recommend him enough for anyone looking for a electrician!

I have had Terrace Electric do work for me in the past (generator transfer switch inlet) and was pleased with their work. I called Andrew again for a slightly larger project to provide power to my workshop which I was in the process of renovating. Andrew and his crew were on time (in fact two days earlier than originally expected), completed the work in a timely fashion, and went well beyond what was originally asked for. I am very pleased with their work and will definitely call on Terrace Electric in the future should I need any electrical work done.

I had two electrical outlets in a rental property in Wake Forest that were not working. Called Terrace Electric based on good reviews. Andrew answered the phone and tried to help me diagnose potential problems to see if I could fix it myself. That was the first sign I felt I had called the right person. Here was a guy who spent his valuable time trying to help a potential customer solve problems instead of coming out to make some quick bucks as others might do.
When I couldn’t solve the problems he worked around his full schedule to come out very early next morning to take care of the electrical issues, and explained the service cost in detail and transparency. He arrived promptly next day and my tenant showed him the problem areas as I was on my way there. He diagnosed the problems expertly and resolved the issues quickly before I arrived. Andrew called me as I was about half way there and offered me the service as a courtesy free of charge.

I called Andrew about an outlet with a short/loose connection. Over the phone, he educated me on the risks and how this outlet was also causing the outages we were experiencing across the room and in the ceiling panel. He gave me a very clear outline of his fees and what to expect for an appointment on the call. He identified the issue within minutes, replaced the outlet and checked all others + lighting fixtures in the problematic part of the house - all in less than 30 minutes. He also took the time to give my husband and I some clear insight into how the wiring in our house was done when it was built and what we could expect going forward or what issues to look for as our home ages. I have been using Terrace Electric for many years both for my home and business. Recently I had a whole circuit of electrical outlets without power. Naturally I called Andrew again. He responded quickly and scheduled a service appointment. He arrived on time, went through some diagnoses and found the culprit outlet that was previously wired incorrectly causing the problem. He quickly replaced it and got the problem fixed for a very reasonable fee. Before he left, he asked if there was anything else he could do. I mentioned that the pulling switch for my claw space light had broken off. He went in the space and repaired it for me, without charging extra. Andrew is a great guy. If you treat him with respect, he will reciprocate. Most importantly, the quality of his WORK speaks for itself!
