David is very attentive and pays attention to details. He is established in the construction and building business and knows what he is talking about. He also has a great team. Very recommended !

David & Team helped me from a distance...I was 250 miles away during the entire repair / rebuild. He worked with insurance, contractors, suppliers, and was awesome. Was a great choice for us.

I was really impressed when I met them.

That changed in short order.

They talked me into paying for them to bid on my new build. They claimed the details they provided would make it worthwhile and I could reuse the estimate however I deemed appropriate... that it would make it worth the price.

Bad, naïve move on my part. While they provided their estimate, it was no better than the competition's free estimates and they refused to provide any more details than the other bidders, despite a considerable sum for them to simply bid on my work. It left a horrible impression, injected serious distrust in their ability to match words to actions and was a fatal flaw for doing business with them.

David Price Construction repaired my Room Over the Garage (ROG) that over the years had fallen into disrepair. He added a door, porch and steps in order for me to convert it to office space. Additionally at the time the Masonite was beginning to crumble as it often does and he had his crew replace the Masonite with Hardieplank. This was all done in a short time and at a reasonable cost. I hadn't planned to do as much as we did, but it just seemed to be a good idea and things went very smoothly. David kept me well informed as to price, time and any problems and we made the major decisions together.
I would certainly recommend David Price Construction for you next remodeling job.

David Price Construction redid our master bathroom and did a great job. They had some really good design ideas that we hadn't thought of that added a lot to the bathroom. They were easy to work with and explained everything clearly. I highly recommend them.

Unbelievable service! David and his team where just over the top great. I two walls removed, one of them being load bearing, removal of floors, leveling of floor foundation, havoc relocation, new floor install, electrical, and a few other items completed at my house. Things could not have been smoother and best of all everything stayed on track, on budget, and on time.

David was the only contractor in my area that itemized my quote without being asked. Honestly you can't go wrong with David.

I too was scared to begin a house remodel but knowing David and what his team can do, I would tell you it's a lot easier than you think.

David Price has been an abundance of help to me. My house was being remodeled by another contractor and they took $90,000.00, stripped my house down to the studs and left. David stepped in and wrote the TroubleShooter to come and tell my story. He also help put a team together to raise funds and solicit other contractors and just ordinary people who were willing to help put my house back together. He worked with the City of Raleigh inspector to come out and look at my house to access the damages. He really worked hard for relentless for me and I appreciate all that he's done. He is the most honest and trusting person I've ever met. Thank you David and I wish you and your family the best.

AWESOME FAMILY OWED BUSINESS!!! My house got TOTALLY DESTROYED in Hurricane FLORENCE! I lived in a little tiny camper for about a year TRYING to find a contractor to fix my house but everyone said they were too busy couldn’t take on any more projects!! Then I found David Price on google and even though he was out of Raleigh which is 2 and half hours away from where I live he told me he would HELP ME!! He even went to bat for me with my Insurance company and they finally came through for me! It was Always him or his project manager that came down here to talk over the plans and cost of everything! Very AWESOME and SUPPORTIVE IN TIMES OF NEED!! I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM IN A HEARTBEAT!!!

It took longer than we had hoped, but I suppose that's any construction project.

We did our kitchen, master bath, floors throughout, moved some walls, roof, and more. It was a big project. In the end, Sabrina and Jeremy were great partners in getting things done. Thanks yall!

David Price was exceptional in working on my project for an addition to my home. One of my biggest pet peeves in dealing with a vendor/contractor is communication, and David Price exceeded my expectations. They were in constant communication with me. Any time they had an action item, they gave me an estimate of when they would have it completed, and then completed the item ahead of schedule every time. They were flexible and understanding of my project concepts and reiterations, and were open to working with me where I know other contractors would not be.

My husband Paul and I worked with David Price Construction for a couple of months refining a plan for us to add on a 1st floor bedroom and a sunroom to the home we have lived in for 40 years. Due to a medical issue, we decided not to proceed with the project; however, we wanted to leave a review to express our deep appreciation for David and Sabrina's attentiveness to our wishes and our budget, their patience and expertise in developing a beautiful plan to suit our needs and our budget, and their pleasant and courteous support when we decided not to proceed. Price Construction came highly recommended to us and we gladly pass that recommendation on to others who want a contractor who will listen and respond to your needs.

Vision is a great group to work with. They are all very professional and take there work seriously. There work is always top of the line on every project.

I recently purchased a home and had Rodas do a roof inspection before the close. Chris was extremely professional and took his time to help explain to me how the replacement and financing process works. He also was able to show evidence the roof had previously been power washed, and ultimately we were able to negotiate a lower purchasing price on the home given the damage to the roof.

Sure enough, a couple weeks after moving in there was a big storm which led to water leaking at multiple flashings. When I reached back out to Chris and told him about the leak and that I wanted to proceed with the replacement, he helped work us into the schedule asap and we had a new roof in just over a week. Chris is an upstanding guy who was there to help me anytime I had a question throught the process. It was a stressful time given the leaks, and I really appreciate the help he provided. He's a huge reason I went with Rodas over the other companies I spoke with about replacement.

The roof looks great and they were able to complete it in one day. They were ontop of everything. They provided good, quick work and illustrated they are committed to getting it right - they even plan to come back out and adjust a few sections to ensure I am satisfied with the final product.

After the roof install, Moses came out two days later to install gutters and downspouts and is a true craftsman, definitely get the 6 inch gutters.

The project as a whole went great as communication, quality and timeliness were all ideal. I will certainly consider them as a general contractor in the future for my projects.

Had Rodas Construction replace my roof. Excellent service at a great price. Chris did an inspection, provided photos and feedback on various issues he found. He was in constant contact throughout the process and came by after to clean up and inspect the work. When I look for a contractor, communication is a big deal to me. Highly recommend.

Best on estimates, time, cleanliness, and follow-ups. Contracted Rodas Construction for floor removal and install, excellent job removing existing floors and installing new. What was exceptional was the follow up to make sure all was well with the install. Based on performance, used them again to strip and re-stain stairs, another exceptional performance. They are now our go to construction firm for all our needs.

It has been a true pleasure to work with Chris!! He has been utterly professional, prompt and thorough as well as being very polite and respectful. The roof replacement was scheduled and done within a weeks time. The clean up after was wonderful and the roof looks great! But the most impressive part of the whole process was Chris and how he has handled this whole thing including working with our insurance company. It’s as if he is personally invested in us and our home. We could not have asked more from him! He’s the best!!
