Lyle and the crew at ERS did such a good job helping to remedy our water issue. They examined the house and yard and determined that new, larger gutters would mitigate the issue. Their quote was very reasonable and they suggested doing just what was required whereas other companies wanted to replace all the gutters (which was far more expensive). We no longer have large accumulations of water in our yard when there are heavy rains. Highly recommend ERS!

My experience with ERS Construction for repair of my roof was perfect and more than I expected from start to finish. The owner is very well organized and communicated effectively throughout the project. I am so pleased with the result. They are now my "forever roof company"!

Lyle and Dylan are the absolute best! I had a tree fall on my house and cause an extensive amount of damage to the roof and interior and these guys were out the very next day to prevent further damage. Not only did they do a fantastic job, they were fast, helpful and professional through the entire process. I cannot recommend ERS enough. Very pleased with the new roof and interior!

I am blown away with his help with a bunch of questions I had regarding the water damage at my new house. These guys are precise and professional. They helped me to extend my existing wooden deck by 5x25 ft. Dylan, Charles and the crew took care of the whole project from start to end, including building plans, permissions and final inspection. Deck is beautiful and very spacious now, great work!

Dylan and Kaz came out to inspect the deck at our new home. Our inspection report indicated some support posts had rotted through. They inspected the deck thoroughly and reassured me that everything was fine for now and we would be able to get another 2-3 years out of the deck before repairs were needed. I initially contacted ERS for a small deck repair and patio remodel. They are quick to respond and schedule a free estimate. Emily, the office manager, is so sweet and wonderful to work with! The guys who came out to do the quote were also great, but the 5 stars go to Emily!

We had a pergola that needed replacing and decided we might get more use from our deck with a solid roof. Dylan and Charles at ERS were great to work with and the final product exceeded our expectations. Well coordinated effort, good crews, and great communication throughout the project. I recently had ERS do my patio install. They were absolutely fantastic. They finished the work in 3 days and also during a heat wave! Really high quality work, they rerouted my gutter into a pipe that solved a problem area for me during rainstorms. They also artistically cut masonry to match my design! I could have had square but I wanted a curved top which was no problem for ERS. Definitely the right choice in construction for me.

ERS provided outstanding service and work on our new paver patio deck! The owner, Dylan, and workers were very conscientious and detailed with the project. The paver patio is a beautiful outdoor addition to our home.

I needed to replace/update my deck so I had ERS come by for a quote. Dylan was very nice, went over everything with me and was very professional. I decided to go ahead with the job. Charles came out to go over the details of the job with me and answered all of my questions. Again, very professional. He said they were about 3 weeks out to schedule, which was fine. A few days later he called to see if they could come the next day as they finished up another job before schedule. I said sure! I forget the builder's name but he too was very nice and professional. They were supposed to tear down the old deck one day and return to build back the next. To my surprise the new deck was mostly complete when I got home that afternoon! He came back the next day to finish up and haul off the old deck materials. My expectations were exceed with details I wasn't expecting such as the picture-frame layout on the deck. Clean up was equally exceptional. Over all this was a very smooth and pleasant process with everyone from ERS. I would definitely recommend their services.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience working with ERS! We wanted to enclose the bottom of our porch and could not be happier with the results. Dylan and Kaz were incredibly helpful helping us understand our options, offering suggestions, and explaining the process to us. It was a pleasure working with ERS Construction. The leak in my roof was fixed and it was just in a nick of time before the terrible winter weather hit to cause more damage. The roofer was very pleasant and finished the work within 2 days. I would definitely recommend ERS Construction for roof repairs!

The assignment was to tear down a dilapidated 10’ x 10’ deck and construct a new one that spans from one corner of the house to the opposite corner. I envisioned a screened section, an open section with a roof, and a small, open area for grilling. Additionally, I wanted a set of double windows removed and replaced with a sliding glass door, as well as the replacement of an old backdoor and storm door.

Throughout the entire process, the ERS team proved to be an exceptional team to work with. Dylan and Coz diligently helped bring my ideas to life and designed the deck of my dreams. Daniel and his team then brought the design to life, ensuring effective communication and clear expectations at every step. Lyle, Dylan, and Coz regularly checked in to ensure my satisfaction throughout the project. They promptly addressed any questions or concerns I had, making this experience far exceed my expectations. I highly recommend the ERS team for any deck construction project.

They inspected our old deck and it was decided that we needed a new one for safety of us and our children and they helped us with quotes for every design we were thinking of and even offered their insights. When it came time to build the deck they kept us in the loop the whole time and the crew was super nice. After seeing them walk on the deck as they were still building it we knew that not only is their work solid but they trust it. Our kids had a blast watching them build our deck. The attention to detail that they had with the construction really stood out to us with them sanding down the handrails and rounding them so it wouldn’t be a hard corner was the cherry on top. If we ever need work again we will be calling them.

We had a full front porch with a roof built and are really happy with how it turned out. Daniel was our product manager and did a great job coordinating everything and keeping the project moving with all the different vendors.

The quality of the work at every stage was excellent, and it’s clear the porch was built to last. A few small issues came up along the way (which is totally normal for a project this size), but they were handled quickly and professionally.

The finished porch looks even better than we expected. The triangular gable in the center and the three wood pillars give it so much character, and they also repaired some siding with wood so everything looked clean and ready for paint/stain. We were able to have some changes done during the project such as adding electrical and ceiling fans. Daniel even added mulch at the end himself, which was such a nice extra touch.
