Got my roof changed by Chris & Rodas construction. They did a great job! They did everything they told me they would ahead of time when we planned the roof replacement. His construction crew was efficient and worked quickly finishing the roofing job on my main house, garage and bonus room in a days time. Afterwards they cleaned up and you could hardly tell the big job they had completed had even been done except for the nice looking new roof. I would definitely recommend Chris and Rodas construction if you ever are in need a roof replacement.

This review is very overdue! This company went above and beyond for me when I needed repair done to my home last year. This team is very professional and trustworthy. I told the owner that the reason I chose them was because of their reviews and I am glad I did . Everyone was exceptionally helpful from Chris coming out the same day to assess the damages to our home. John going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. And finally, Enrique just making sure I was content with everything that will be done.you won’t regret choosing them for any and all home improvements!

Rodas Construction was an amazing company to use! Chris helped us to pick out the right siding for our house and even gave us a sample to help with the decision process. He worked with us to fit the project in our budget and gave excellent recommendations for what kind of work needed to be done. John and Carlos were part of the work team and they were very diligent and detail oriented. Our neighbors have already commented on how great it looks and we expect that it has added a lot of value to our house! Thank you Rodas!

Rodas is an amazing company. Cole Faulkner gave us so much time and attention during the decision-making process, from assessing and measuring our roof to create the most accurate estimate possible, to giving advice on old leaks, and even assessing the roof of a detached building, which we also replaced. Cole and the whole Rodas team communicated timely and clearly. The crew who replaced our roof were also amazing--fast, professional, and very good at cleaning up after the job. The entire experience was positive and my wife and love our new roof and are so glad we chose Rodas to do the work!

Rodas Construction helped us expand our living room by tearing down a screened-in porch (that we didn’t use). Enrique and Steve sent in different teams that were experts in their fields: demolition, foundation, framing, drywalls, electrical work, painting and new hardwood flooring. Everything was done expertly, professionally and on time. The result is great, we love our new space! We highly recommend Rodas Construction for all construction needs.

Rodas Construction provided professional and quality service from the quoting of the project through each step to the finished product. Their personnel are trained and very knowledgeable about the GAF products and installation procedures. They offer the GAF integrated products for both durability and longevity but also to qualify for extended term and transferrable warranty. Rodas has installed roofs on two houses for me and I am very pleased and would recommend them.
In addition, they replaced a deck to my home which was done with quality materials and workmanship.
They also stand behind their work as a minor issue needed to be corrected and they sent a skilled workman on a 6 hour round trip to make the repair.
We have been very pleased with their work and have recommended them to others.

I am super happy with the job done by Rodas! We had our roof replaced. From the three estimates we got theirs was the best one. Chris was very professional and gave us all the details about the whole process. They were able to squeeze us in their busy summer schedule and did the whole roof in one day. They left the place very clean too. Totally recommend!

Chris was so easy to work with! He was available to answer all my questions at any point in the process. He was professional and courteous, along with being really responsive. He even helped me with other ideas to make my home more beautiful on the outside!!

His guys came and completely replaced the entire roof in ONE day!! And, they cleaned up so good, that I didn’t even know they had been there!!

We are so very pleased with the outcome of our new roof!! And with how awesome it was to work with Chris through the entire process. He was great!! Rodas Construction was great!!

Rodas has done roof repairs and full reroofing jobs at our home. They are of the highest workmanship and stand behind their work. You cannot ask for a better roofer.

Had a large two-level deck redone. They did a great job, on time every day and did a great clean-up afterwards. I highly recommend them. Had a lot of nice comments on the new deck.

I start with the positive! The sunroom is beautiful! The finished product is what we hoped for. The problem is, It took almost 11 1/2 months to complete the 13X29 project. The leadership people did not stay up on anything. Getting the permit to build took almost 4 months. It seemed like “we’ll get to your small project when we finish the big job.” There was very little, very little communication with the supervisor. As I said, 11 1/2 months. I would not use this company again.

Rodas Constructions renewed my roof 2 years ago, and when I noticed an issue with the work done. Rodas stood behind their workmanship and work diligently to resolve the issue fully and satisfactory.
While the work was being scheduled and completed, the office personnel made sure every work was scheduled at my convenience while the field manager kept me informed of everything. They really showed me how much they care about their customers and how much they stand behind the warranty they provide.

I will recommend this company because their customer service is second to none.

We had a mansard roof on a home built in 1973. It needed replacement, then a heavy tree branch dropped and cracked it. Most companies we tried would not touch this roof style. Rodas didn't hesitate. Chris not only gave a reasonable quote on short notice, he showed up within 24 hours to temporarily rubber tarp the holes. The main sections of roof were finished in 2 days. But I wasn't happy with the front, hand-cut work which took two days more. Chris was there within 24 hours to see, and was very upset with the work. He was back next day and redid the problem angles himself. Perfect job! Perfect!
I changed the shingles from dull brown to dark charcoal, not quite black shingles, to make the red brick pop - it worked. All the neighbors stopped by complimenting the job! An appraiser said the new roof completely changed the overall look of the house from run-down, dull drab to a smart, sharp-looking classic home. She estimated the roof added more than 4 times what it cost to the home valuation. We decided to sell and retire down towards the coast. All the brokers commented about the great looking roof and how it had attracted their clients eye in the photos. Rodas did an awesome job. Best "investment" I've ever made! I'd use them again in a heartbeat! Thank you Rodas!

I had Rodas replaced my entire house roof in Cary. Unfortunately the workers knocked a big hole in my gazebo roof. I requested the comopany to repare or replace teh gazebo before I could pay the cost for roof installation. However, the company manager urge me to pay him in full amount before they repair my gazebo, or they will have a lawyer to sue me. Not a customer friendly company at all!

Just gotten a threat from the company manager Steve " are you familiar with a lien? I will put a construction lien lien on your residence and foreclose on your residence if you do not pay me in full by tomorrow 3/20/2019. we are looking to repair anything that was our responsibility but you cann't hold my money for roof."
How scary it is !

I recently had the pleasure of working with Rodas Construction and their team, specifically Chris, on a new roof project for my home. From the beginning, Chris was incredibly helpful and professional, answering all of my questions and concerns in a timely and thorough manner.

The actual roof installation process went smoothly and efficiently, with the team completing the project in the agreed upon timeframe. The finished product looks fantastic and we are extremely happy with the quality of the work.

Rodas Construction might just be one of the best companies we’ve ever worked with. Since my husband and I are both in the home improvement industry, we are very particular about home projects and Rodas by far exceeded every expectation we had. We originally met with John (who is wonderful to work with) for our roof and we were so pleased we decided to finally take the next step in having our house repainted and our front staircase rebuilt. Salvatore and his crew had the utmost respectful of our home, came every single day (weekends too) until the job was done, had such attention to detail and overall were a joy to have around our home. John also stayed in constant contact with us, kept us in the loop as far as progress made and what to expect next and always advised on what was best for us as homeowners instead of selling us on what worked best for him. I worked with Rodas Construction for my new roof, and it was such a smooth experience! After calling the office, John was able to quickly come out to assess the damage and provide a rough estimate on site, helped me to submit a claim with my insurance company and met with my adjuster. We were able to get the work quickly scheduled - Rafael and his team did great work on my roof & and Salvador, the painter, came the next day to fix the water stains in my master bedroom ceiling and did a wonderful paint job. Highly recommend!

They did an exceptional job in replacing our home’s roof for us asap as a big tree did serious damage to it from a storm. They are so very professional & very easy to work with & we highly recommend them. You will be very happy when you call them as they are so very dependable & trustworthy in every way!

Installed my roof for 4 years, a few shingle pieces were off; called the office, they told me the installation warranty is 2 years which is OK. The problem is that other contractors came and identified that they didn't do the roof starting on the edge correctly, that's worrisome! I will NOT recommend them.
