I highly recommend this contractor! They are honest, helpful, fair and very quick to respond.
Nationwide decided that I needed my roof repaired or replaced based on Arial pictures and were threatening to cancel my policy.
Dylan came to save the day. He confirmed my roof was fine, generated a report for Nationwide to that fact, AND spoke to my insurance agent recommending I be reimbursed for his services.
How many contractors would have got me involved in a project I didn't need? I am so grateful we found this company.

Dylan is an absolute professional. My husband and I are purchasing our first home and he has gone above and beyond to talk us through our current situation and provide us with all of the information we need. Had my first experience with ERS the other day. We had what seemed to be a wave in our roof above our garage and ERS was recommended to us by a friend. Dylan came out to give the roof an inspection and it was a great experience. He was extremely knowledgable and helpful. After going on the roof and in the attic he was able to reassure us that there was no structural damage or concern with the roof. He did find some nail pops under some of the shingles that needed attention and showed me what to look for in the future to avoid any water issues. I will be using ERS from here out going forward due to Dylan's transparency and honesty with his business! Thanks ERS!!

My repair project was small but tricky: rotted board between 2 roof sections. ERS Construction was quick to take a look and give me an estimate. Weather complicated the repair itself, but ERS was very good at communicating changes needed. Once the sun came out the repair was done in short order -- and well. Thanks, ERS!

Professional, courteous, quick response, and excellent work. Dylan and Kaz were out the day after I called and explained everything they would do. In 4 days the job started, and 2 days later I had a new roof! They followed through 100% with everything they said they’d do, even providing extra protection for special plants and covering things inside the attic. The cleanup was meticulous - you can’t even tell they were here! And most importantly the roof looks amazing!

All-around great company. The whole team is extremely communicative which is one of the most important factors to me. From scheduling the inspection, to the deposit, to the contractor letting me know his ETA, to the office manager... you get it... They're just the bees knees. If you're looking for a company to help with your home's exterior - be it a re-roof, or like my minor roof repair, these are the guys for you. They treated my minor job like I was the most important call/email of the day each time we spoke and that's how it should be in business.
