BGC Expert Contractors conducted a free roof inspection for us following a significant hail storm and worked with our insurance company to get us a full roof replacement. Garrett Ball was our project manager and was exceptional to work with from start to finish!! He was super thorough and communicative, and it was obvious that he strives to do right by his clients. The crew that came to replace the roof did an excellent job and we love our new roof! They were very respectful of our property and cleaned up well at the end. My only gripe is that I had to go back and forth with the finance department many, many times to get our contract to accurately reflect what was and wasn’t covered by insurance. All worked out well in the end, but make sure you understand your insurance company’s estimate before signing paperwork with BGC. Overall, great experience and would highly recommend BGC for roofing work!!

BGC Contractors are absolutely awesome. I had the pleasure of working with Garrett who made the entire process easy and seamless. I had some worries early on in the process with my insurance having to be renewed and but Garrett and his team were able to get me scheduled and get the roof completed within weeks! The project manager was also awesome to work with. He would send pictures and give updates on the roof process throughout the day. Overall great service and great work! 10/10

BGC Contractors replaced our shingle roof as well as our metal roof. They were professional and responsive. I primarily worked with Jen & Chance. Customer Service was amazing. Our house is unrecognizable & I mean that it looks *amazing*. I highly recommend them. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

BGC was a great company to work with! Garrett Ball was a very informative sales rep. It was our first time making an insurance claim (after a hail storm) and he helped walk us through each step. He was very responsive to communication as well. Guy Badger was our project manager and kept us informed every step of the way on the day of installation and was very helpful as well! The crew was very respectful of our home/property and overall it is was a very seamless process! I highly recommend them!

It has been a pleasure working with the BGC team on replacing my roof. Daniel did a great and thorough job checking over my old roof and walking me through the whole process of working with my insurance company to file a claim. He made the whole thing seamless and easy. I really appreciated the extra time and care that he took to answer my questions and check in during and after the roof was replaced. Troy also did a wonderful job following up with me and working with my busy schedule to set up a time to meet. I enjoyed working with BGC so much that I am replacing my gutters with them next and plan to call them for other projects in the future.

BGC replaced my roof and fixed some internal water damage from the old roof. We are happy the way things worked out and the entire staff that we worked with were courteous and professional. Oscar was our primary contact and assisted us with everything.

Their process working with the insurance company and the personal touch to step you through their excellent process is the best in the business. Every step of the way including one day roof replacement was amazing, we picked the right contractor to do the job to perfection. The roofing crew was so professional and their work was stunning. Just a great experience working with these guys. The attention to detail at every step with Stephen and the crew earns their title “Expert Contractors”, they really are just that.

The entire team at BGC was phenomenal to work with. I had never had a roof replaced or dealt with my home insurance before, but BGC made it so easy. From our first meeting with Bilal, he walked us through every step and we had great office communication from Jennifer. We had also lost a down spout during a storm that damaged our roof and the team came out multiple times (to get a ladder high enough!) to complete the work. They took great care while on site as well. Highly recommend BGC

Andrew is a very honest and sincere employee, carefully assisting with all contacts to our homeowner’s insurance company and is well-respected in this industry. He was on-site each day during our roof replacement to ensure oversight of the construction roofing crew, and even returned several times to ensure roofing nails were picked up by rolling our entire yard with a magnet! BGC did my kitchen remodel and I’m blown away with the results.

My kitchen design was a little unorthodox and even I was skeptical that it could be done, but the project manager Jorge and builder Brian understood my vision and the construction team made it come to life. They took my soulless builder-grade kitchen with no dining space to a gorgeous, functional, eat-in kitchen all without knocking down any walls.

Jorge was super responsive and understanding, even when I was wishy-washy or confused. His excellent eye for design helped guide me along the way, and a solution was always available as problems popped up. He was the backbone of this project and managed the many moving parts expertly.

The construction team was extremely polite and considerate. They went out of their way to leave as little mess as possible, and carefully verified our wishes when questions arose. They were extremely hard workers and got tons of work done each day.

At the end of the project when one imperfection was noticed, Dennis, the VP of commercial construction at BGC, presented to our home and inspected the issue. Where he could’ve applied a quick band-aid fix, he instead had the crew come back out and fix the problem at the source, with a perfect end result.

I found the price to be extremely reasonable after doing a lot of research and shopping around. They were honest and transparent with pricing and always considered the budget.

Though the turn-around time was not fast, nothing good ever is, and the extra time they took to closely consider all the details made a world of difference.

All in all I am so glad I found this company. My kitchen turned out even better than my expectations, and is now a room my family loves to spend time in. Thanks so much to the whole team for making it happen!

Terrible to deal with. Fraudulent allowances. Doesn't follow his own contract. Terrible quality and they don't fix issues unless you give more money.
