Caleb did an excellent job on our units. He carefully explained everything he was going to do as part of the service call. Upon completion he explained the items that need additional service and provided the options for each one. We highly recommend Comfort Hounds.

They were very efficient and right on time at the beginning of my scheduled arrival window. The technician quickly diagnosed my wiring problem and was able to get the system running properly within an hour or so. Really know his stuff, and able to clearly articulate how my system works and why it was incorrect before. Would recommend

These guys are absolutely the best! We called them at 8:00 last night when the unit shut down and it was 90 outside! They were at our home a 8:00 am and had us back up and running by 10:00. We have used them in the past and they provided the same great service. Caleb is always very professional and explains the issues completely as he’s working to complete the job so there are no surprises. Honestly I would recommend them with no hesitation!

I found the owner and service tech very reliable and knowledgeable. I had an intermittent problem that was hard to find but they got it figured out and at a reasonable price. I will call them with any HVAC problems I have in the future.

Friendly and quick turnaround from time called to arrival for same day emergency service. Spent time to diagnose full system and Explained I had three issues to address on older unit. Offered temporary solution until repair can be completed during business week with parts needed.

I was able to schedule same-day service through their online booking tool. Caleb easily discovered the source of the short and had everything fixed up in no time.
