After dealing with several HVAC companies we finally came across AirPro Carolina and could not have made a better choice. Rob is very professional and patient, he explained everything we asked and went an extra step further by giving us options to help with the cost of replacing and installing our new unit. Rob and Sam showed at the exact time they said and immediately started working.
I could not be more thankful for Sam and Rob’s work and getting our AC finally running during this weather.! Strongly recommend AirPro Carolina!

Quick call back, same day service for my broken AC. Rob broke down pros and cons of repair vs replacing for my unit and went the extra mile to be sure I had the right system size and HVAC coil to match my heat pump and my sq footage for my house. He also did some maintenance and extra work on issues when installing the new system to be sure it could work at full capacity.
Great communication and didn't treat me different being a female. I'll definitely be returning!

We tried several other HVAC companies before we found Rob at AirPro. The others seemed only interested in selling us a new unit, even though ours was only 5 years old at the time. We had a problem that Rob was able to fix when the others did not. Rob is prompt and professional and takes the time to explain what he is doing and answer any questions. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve used comfort hounds for years. They’re always reliable, knowledgeable, professional and on time. I just moved and they worked me in for an inspection on my new home, did the service it needed and then changed out my thermostats. Rob and the guys were very responsive when others put me off for 1.5weeks. They came out and gave me honest, up front opinion. They weren't trying to pitch a new system on me just for the sake of sales. They told me what was wrong, estimated cost of repair into a dying system. It was just time and I finally decided to buy. The process was simple and fast. System ordered and installed when promised. Installation was faster than anticipated. New system far exceeds performance of older system. Highly recommend these folks - they won't jerk your chain.

Professional, friendly, and always responsive, I appreciate them keeping us running! Twice yearly maintenance definitely is worth it. They take care of the system, let me know if I need to do anything differently, and give me a heads up for likely future repairs so I can budget for them. Thanks!

Really happy I went with these guys. My HVAC went out and they were able to come diagnose the problem very quickly. While they had the parts on the truck and could do the repair same day I opted to replace my system. Rob was very knowledgeable of his products and what would work best for my home and able to give me a quote within 24 hours. Rob called to check on us after a particularly cold Sunday night to see if we needed space heaters or anything, super thoughtful. The new system 100% solves the problems I had with the old system - my upstairs is finally warm.

Rob spent a good deal of time on the phone with us and helped us come to the right decision for our home, family and budget. He was able to fit us in quickly due to the rain, worked out in the rain and fixed our issue within the same day. I'm so grateful that Rob was recommended to us!

Great from start to finish. Booked online with 1 day notice during the busy season, schedule was confirmed via email and a phone call the following morning to collect details. I got another call asking if I'd like to be moved up on the schedule. Caleb showed up as and when expected (they sent me a picture of him; nice touch). Some minor trouble shooting, petting my dog, and 30 minutes later and my AC was working flawlessly.

Rob is fantastic. He is always responsive and genuinely tries to help you with your issue as quickly as possible. He also does a great job of explaining what the issue is and what needs to be done to fix it. He’s always willing to talk through options and help you make the best decision. Rob was very professional and came fast! I just needed an inspection of my unit since I bought a new place and he made time for me. We had a small emergency, the AC stopped working right before we were to have a party. They showed up, took care of the issue, then we're gone before guests arrived. Super helpful and I'm so grateful they were able to come at 5:15 at night!! -Oct 2020

Update 6/2023 came back from traveling and called comfort hounds late night after we had a big ordeal up in the attic and 78° + climbing. Rob got us on the schedule ASAP. The very next morning the tech was out. We had him check everything, needed to replace a few things and everything was working well. After talking with Rob, we realized we needed to insulate the new part and they came right back out to do that. Fast forward, we had suspicion that the damper actuator was going bad or finally died, even though it was working fine during our system check and right after we spent hours the first night troubleshooting- naturally! Usually we reset it and it kicks on. For sure this time, it was not working, BUT within minutes Rob was here. He got it changed out and we have crisp AC on the second floor and no issues with it shutting off. I'm thankful for Comfort Hounds' responsiveness and kindness, knowledge and dedication to making everything right. They have always taken care of me and I hope to continue doing business for years to come. Thanks guys for getting us up and running. See you in the fall for our winter check!

Tech tried to gaslight me into believing that it's fine for my system to stop working in the summer. If you're a miniscule operation with 1 tech and can't make service calls during the summer just say so. but, don't try to gaslight me like I was born last night. No is a blessing 🙏🏾 I'm glad I dodged this bullet 💯

Rob & the team helped us replaced the old AC unit yesterday and they did a fantastic job. The whole process from quoting to completing installation was smooth and the communication was always very prompt. Rob answered all my questions patiently and has been given professional & sincere suggestions all the way. I really appreciated that they also did a thorough after-installation inspection and fixed several issues that were so easily overlooked yet crucial. Will definitely work with them again and highly recommend!

Excellent experience start to finish (although "finish" doesn't seem entirely appropriate, since we will for sure continue to trust our HVAC needs to Comfort Hounds!) Communication was prompt, thorough and clear. Service was punctual, knowledgeable and complete. Pricing was competitive and fair. Really couldn't ask for better for the service and replacement of our aging systems!

Caleb, the technician doing the scheduled spring service send a text of being on his way — as expected — and arrived at designated time. He took his time in doing the inspection and servicing. He had a list of things that needed attention and what the pros and cons were of punting on some of them till the next service cycle.
