Used the raleigh location to clean 2nd floor dryer vent accessible from above the garage door. $79 special quickly turned into $275 then jumped to nearly $500 because the duct had to be reconnected. Bare in mind I helped the technician where possible. Wow, what a Christmas surprise.

Their service was very expensive. Technician made crack on my ceiling and certified green team is not helping at all in fixing the repairs. Attaching image showing the damage. I will end up paying more money in the repairs. Will NOT recommend certified green to anyone.

This air duct company also does excellent HVAC service. They thoroughly inspected and did maintenance on both of our systems today. We have tried many other HVAC companies and give a gold star to this one. Honest, dependable, and able to perform troubleshooting. Especially knowledgeable technician today.

Had an excellent experience with Green Clean. We found out we had mold growing on our vents and they came out quickly. We’re incredibly straightforward and honest. Never felt like I was being sold. Will 100% call them again.

They provided an estimate before coming, so you don't need to schedule two appointments. They came on time and were knowledgeable, offering several good suggestions. Left the place clean!

I was surprised to see the technician, Josh, had texted me at 7:32 AM To let me know he was on the way.
They arrived about 8:15 AM, which worked perfectly with my schedule. Josh and his partner came to the door and immediately took off their shoes and asked me where they could gain access to the attic.
About five minutes later Josh came down and did they normally cut a hole in the furnace to service the ducts but would be starting at the distribution grills because cutting into a new furnace was not a good course if action.
It took the two workers a little over 2 hours to complete their work which included about 20 ducts and the dryer exhaust. Josh told me the dryer vent was pretty dirty and the HVAC ducts were fairly clean.
What i noticed, in addition to their respect for my home, was their constant cleaning up behind their work.
The price was reasonable given the size of my systems. I would highly recommend them to service your HVAC and dryer ducts.

I cannot praise this company enough for the great job they did cleaning the ductwork/plenum boxes on both of our HVAC units, replacing our entire downstairs HVAC unit, & installing a suspended dehumidifier in our crawl space. Their prices were very good & we didn’t feel like we were dealing with a “salesman,” during any part of the process.
An extra THANK YOU to Brett and his crew who were nothing short of fabulous to work with. Brett followed through on everything we agreed upon & delivered WHEN he said he would. We truly felt that Brett had our best interest in mind over anything else. We also appreciated how respectful this crew was of our home, our yard, & our family members while working on our systems.
I never thought I’d be saying this, but we actually found an HVAC company we can really trust!!! A true rarity these days.

Green clean has been so helpful with our HVAC concerns. We have an older home that has been struggling with the NC summer humidity and they have been generous with their time and services. They have fair pricing and quick scheduling! Easy to communicate with and we’re satisfied with them so far.
