The 2 guys that came (Josh & I can’t remember the other guy’s name) were extremely friendly and answered all of my questions. They were quick and efficient. We will be using this company again in the future!

Brett did an excellent job. He cleaned my air handling unit and coils. He was informative and explained the process thoroughly. Once the job was negotiated they got work and removed the blower and cleaned the coils in less than an hour. I look forward to giving them more business. It's refreshing to work with honest,hard working people who offer a needed service at a reasonable price. The technician was both personable and very professional. Assessment of work needing to be done was very clear and included pictures. I was impressed with his attention to detail and efficiency. Before and after pictures were impressive but even more important was the dramatic improvement in the air. So happy I had this done by this company.

They were on-time, very courteous, performed a thorough inspection and found the issue. I was very pleased that he didn’t insist on selling me something that I didn’t need. I will definitely contact them again if I have any further problems with my HVAC systems.

Josh and his crew came and sanitized our unit today and they did such an incredible job. An absolute pleasure to talk to them - they helped me understand the needs of our unit since we're new to NC and the humidity here - and left everything spotless.

Bought a house 22 years old and possibly never cleaned their duct work. Even worse before we moved in the house sat with no residence for two years. Needless to say the duct work needed some TLC. Duct Doctor cleaned them, the ducting looks great, and our smells better than our previous house. Definitely using them again.

Duct Doctor did a fantastic job of cleaning my air ducts snd fryer vent! Matt, the owner, explained the procedure very thoroughly over the phone and came to my house to see the system and give me an accurate estimate. The two guys came on time, were knowledgeable and did s great job! They didn’t rush through it and answered all my questions. They also offered to take off the register covers and they vacuumed and cleaned them before putting them back! Super service! This was a recently purchased house but my daughter was having allergic reactions so I decided to clean ducts snd carpet. I thoroughly researched the best methods to clean ducts snd Duct Doctor’s method is the only way to really clean ducts. It is not inexpensive but the cheaper methods to NO GOOD AG ALL. My niece used a $300 company with a portable cleaner administered to each register—- what a joke as it just blew the dust around the house. This method actually sucks all the dust back into the truck through the hoses. You always get what you pay for. My 3 HVAC units with 36 registers cost $1000. Well worth it. I’d HIGHLY recommend this company!!

Duct doctor was recommended by our HVAC company after we discovered mold in our ducts (EWWW). They did a fantastic job and worked really hard all day for a very reasonable rate. The vacuum is on the truck itself and is very effective. They also offered lots of advice, and found a large object jammed in one duct that our previous duct cleaning service had somehow failed to see. They also improvised a solution to a problem vent we wanted to close off. Added bonus is all the products they use are non-toxic, plant-based and very safe. Great service!

We live in an older home (1975) and ducts had never been cleaned. Contacted a few contractors, Matt from Duct Doctor was very responsive and informative. He took time to answer all my questions prior to service. On day of service, the 2 technicians were on time and professional. All the equipment was on the truck, so if was very mess-free and quick!

They also sprayed the natural/organic mold spray and we've noticed an improvement in our air quality!

They even let me know of a rusted duct elbow that they came back out to replaced for me as well.

These guys did a fantastic job. They arrived on time with a gigantic truck and long vacuum hoses that sucked all of the 30 years of accumulated debris out of our air conditioning ducts and out of the house into the truck. They were careful and respectful of our belongings. It took a lot longer than I expected (about 4 hours) but when I saw how much actual work there was for the 2 air conditioning systems in our house I understood both the time and cost. Those guys that advertise $89 are definitely not doing the job these fellows did! I highly recommend Duct Doctor.
