They accidentally left us without AC for a little bit (turning everything back on after installing a UV cleaner), but returned to fix it as soon as possible. Green Clean NC did a fantastic job resolving the issues at our home. Great communication, very professional. We had ongoing issues with mold and mildew in certain areas - we went through numerous hvac companies and potential fixes that were very costly over the last several years, but our issues persisted. I am so glad I finally found Green Clean NC - Brett is by far the most knowledgeable person I have spoken to about our issues. Time will tell, but he identified and resolved things others missed and our hvac system appears to be working better than it ever has before. Highly recommend!

Green Clean did an amazing job cleaning my AC ducts today! They explained everything before starting and even as they worked, which made the whole process easy to understand. They also cleaned my bathroom vents and dryer vent.

Very courteous and professional - arrived on time, got the work done with no chaos and left everything very clean. Even took their shoes off when they entered my home.

The workers were kind, but when they hooked up their machines to our vents, they left dust everywhere and peeled the paint back in some places. They left without telling me but after I pointed it out they came back to take a look at it and said someone from the office would call resolve the issue but I never heard back.

Someone from the office called and was professional and apologetic, the issue got lost in their system but they were able to make things right.

The technicians communicated well, were on time, and completed all services in a timely manner. Prices were fair and workers were polite. Would use them again in the future.

Your team did not clean the plenum. I had scheduled an hvac cleaning team to clean the hvac after your team finished.

The clean hvac will now become dirty again because of your team’s oversight

Such nice guys. Showed up promptly right at 8 am, removed their shoes at the front door, and got right to work. I had a clogged dryer vent that they resolved in just under an hour. They were so sweet to my animals too which makes me appreciate them so much more. Highly recommend and will definitely have them back to clean the air ducts.

Green Clean NC provides excellent service! Our basement HVAC system died during the recent Arctic freeze. We had to use space heaters to make the space even moderately acceptable. Thanks to Brett Moyer who, as always, came out quickly and identified our problem! It was related to a generator electrical panel failure. We quickly informed the generator provider and they rectified the problem within hours. Cudos to Brett and Green Clean!

Green Clean did some work on my heating unit taking the blower out and cleaning the unit. They did an excellent job and finished the job in a very minimal amount of time. They cleaned up very well when finished. Cost of job was very reasonable for al the things they did. Brett was also very knowledgeable of the work being performed. I will be calling Green Clean on future problems.
