This was my first encounter with "Hey Dad" and they certainly make a great first impression. My service tech, Julio was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I received options and estimates in minutes. Julio took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions. I also spoke with Brandon over phone during the visit. He was also helpful with providing some key details and answering questions I had. Awesome first-customer-contact experience! Of course I need to be financially responsible and get estimates from other companies, but "Hey Dad" has set the bar pretty high.

This was truly a great install team. Highly knowledgeable, professional, considerate, and with great attention to detail. Treated my new AC system like it was their own. A quality control specialist was sent after installation to double check and ensure everything was running properly.

First experience with Call Dad. Had them come out to look at a huge humming sound in the outside unit of the HVAC system. Tech Jake C. was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Also, their pricing is very reasonable. Will definitely call them the next time I have an issue with the HVAC system. Highly recommend.

My technician Massima was great my first visit with him he explained and showed me everything. From parts and how everything works with my furnace. He came to replace the gas valve today and didn’t take him long at all. I really enjoy having Massima helping me out with my issues 10 out of 10!

I had an outstanding experience with my plumber, Bran, who came all the way from Raleigh to Hope Mills to help with my plumbing issue. From the moment he arrived, he was polite, professional, and incredibly patient.

What really impressed me was how he took the time to clearly show me exactly what the issue was, explain what went wrong, and walk me through the best course of action to fix it. Even though the problem was caused by a mistake I made, he never made me feel embarrassed or bad about it. Instead, he reassured me, kept a positive attitude, and made the whole situation feel manageable and stress-free.

Nate was surprisingly knowledgeable for a young man and was quick to identify potential issues and remedies. He went the whole nine yards to evaluate my system and left me in a more efficient state. Send me Nate next time I call Dad!

We called regarding getting a hot water heater replaced.
Schuyler came out, Was VERY polite and knowledgeable.
Told us he could replace it.
Unfortunately the job took longer than expected, but he eventually got the job done.
We now have plenty of hot water!
I highly recommend this company for plumbing work.
This company did work on my daughter's HVAC system last summer, and they were good to her too.

We had Orlando service our property today and I cannot tell you enough the excellent customer service he provided. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. I would not hesitate to use their service again to work with such a helpful technician!

My experience with Call Dad was very positive, from the online scheduling to the service visit. It was so easy to schedule and I had the option to even have someone come out that night. Call Dad's communication was excellent. When I was notified that someone was on their way, a picture and name of the service tech was included. Justin Gibbs, a very friendly, considerate, and knowledgeable guy, introduced himself and put on shoe covers before he entered, even though I told him they weren't necessary. He reviewed with me the problem I reported, asked additional questions, then told me what he was going to do. Justin reported his findings and we discussed my options. Thankfully, my issue was not serious and didn't require any work. I was not charged for that visit. After speaking with Justin, I decided to purchase a very affordable maintenance plan. I cannot speak highly enough of this young man and Call Dad.

Julio our estimator was excellent in his genuine and caring demeanor, then techs Josh and his other installer(forgot his name but please send a bonus his way!) did awesome with the install! Very helpful, polite and great in their problem solving. Then Luke also did a good job changing out our old electrical to match the new system! Finally when I couldn’t figure out an issue the next day Justin came by to sort it out! Appreciate all your hard work and thank you for caring for our home guys!

Carson was fantastic! He arrived promptly (with advance notice he was on his way), quickly diagnosed our 28-year-old heating system as beyond economical repair, and clearly explained the issues in terms I could easily understand. He was professional and personable, and completely transparent throughout the process - even putting the office on speakerphone while they prepared our estimate and financing paperwork. No shady, private upselling conversations! The estimate for a new unit was fair, and he took care to reassemble everything properly until the install team arrives tomorrow. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again for future HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or any other repair needs. Highly recommend!

Jake was absolutely fantastic! Very personable, knowledgeable and super professional! We were scheduled for a routine maintenance, he made sure to keep us updated on the services he completed and what was needed. We appreciate you Jake! Job well done young man!!

I think the company sounds great and seems solid. However let me tell you about my salesman, Tyler! I would recommend him to anyone for any sell. He understands the process and is committed to ensuring that the experience is pleasurable for the customer! I don’t believe that he has met an unfriendly person in his life.

I walked over to him because I loved the company name and needed to see if he had a set of pliers we could borrow. He graciously offered to take a look and help us out. He was so nice and helpful! Absolutely an amazing experience! Dryer wasn’t “drying” called these guys knowing my duct needed some love. Called immediately, gave many options for dates and times. Kept in contact, showed up exactly when stated. Came, professional, pleasant and we’re just great! Cleaned the duct work and spent time ensuring it was done correctly. I am so happy with them! I plan on using them for all my HVAC maintenance needs! Thank you for being awesome!

Great experience with summit, the air quality in the house is much better!

Johnathan and his team were reliable, professional, and extremely efficient in their cleaning. They came out and did an initial free inspection and determined with photos that there was mold and mildew in the air ducts that was causing an odor in our townhome. They scheduled an appointment quickly, and were finished in about 4 hours. I can tell a difference just after 30 minutes of being in the house. Book with confidence, don't hesitate to use these guys as your vendor of choice!
