I called Garrico Plumbing to schedule an appointment for my leaking water heater. They actually answered the phone, scheduled the appointment and showed up. Chris was great and fix the problem very quickly. I would highly recommend Garrico Plumbing!

I have had several plumbing companies come and look at the tub leak I have had and nobody was able to tell me what would actually fix it. Not only did GarriCo Plumbing diagnose it, but they actually fixed it! Samual is so knowledgeable about plumbing and really wants to help the customer fix the issue. Edward and Chase were very professional and courteous when they came to replace the broken part! Thank you all so much! 🤗

Austin was at our house today for maintenance on our tankless hotwater heater. He completed the job in the time he outlined and then walked through everything with me when he was finished. These folks are awesome. I was referred to Garrico from someone in my BNI group. Raul and George showed up to swap out a shut-off valve and solve a pressure issue. They had the pressure issue fixed within half an hour, and they've just finished installing the new shut-off. This is a major relief, since a functional shut-off valve is one of the most important things to have in the event of a pipe break, or simply to perform maintenance requiring empty pipes. They also noticed that the pressure relief tank for our water heater had a ruptured diaphragm & needed to be replaced to prevent damage to the water heater. So they were able to swap that out as well. A+ for these guys!

Garrico Plumbing is hands down one of the most honest and professional service companies I’ve worked with. They came out the same day to help with an urgent issue and were extremely responsive and professional from start to finish. Another plumber had told me I had a sewage leak and needed several thousand dollars in repairs (this is a company you see everywhere on billboards and commercials). I’m leaving this review to talk about the team here. This company has been built from a one man show to a 7 truck Plumbing operation in 2 1/2 years. This is only possible from the amazing employees that this company has been blessed with. You’ve got Sam in the office who cares about his job and is always there to answer the phone and has incredible knowledge about the business. There’s technicians like Byron, Austin, Raul, Brady, and Edward who continuously work with incredible grit to push this company forward. The team here has truly A great morale and it’s amazing to see people come together and create great friendships like they have and seem to enjoy working with each other every day!

I had a weekend problem. And the guys at Garrico jumped on the issue, communicated, wonderfully, diagnosed and fixed my issues in a timely manner for a fair price. We are so happy with our experience with Garrico. We called Chris this morning About a problem we’ve been having for months with one of our tankless water heaters throwing ignition failure, error message. His scheduler, Sam, was very courteous and prompt in getting Austin, one of their water heater technician, out to our site by 1:00 in the afternoon. We’re cautiously ecstatic that Austin may have fixed the problem that we have been wrestling with for so long. He unkinked and cleaned out the condensation tubes shown in the picture. Thanks Austin! We will be doing more business with your company going forward!
