They came recommended by my electrician. We had them install a tankless water heater. Could not be happier the service. Well worth the money.

We can’t say enough great things about this plumbing company! When our hot water heater failed during cold weather earlier this year, Tommy came out as soon as he was finished with another job, replaced our Rinnai with a new unit, and relocated it from outside to our crawlspace — with meticulous care. He stayed until 12:30 AM on a Sunday to make sure everything was perfect.

He later returned to fix our main shut-off valve. He also replaced the pressure valve under the house, and removed a governor which doubled our shower wand water pressure (I can rinse my hair in record time now!). And if that wasn’t enough, he came back again to replace the old Kohler faucet valves in our shower and tub that he had ordered when he fixed the main shut-off valve.

We used to use Cary Plumbing but they could not come for a week :( So we called our HVAC company, asked for a recommendation, and they gave us Chris Moss' number. Forever thankful to Chris because he was honest with us. He said he of course wanted the job, but would not be able to come out as quickly as we had hoped so he gave us Tommy's number in case Tommy could come sooner. Tommy is such a good man he came out on Sunday night. We had the opportunity to talk to Tommy's wife and she is just as wonderful.

Finding someone in these days who was willing to come on a Sunday evening and stay that late so that we could have hot water seemed like a miracle to us (and he did not upcharge us for the weekend work). We would hire Tommy again in a second.

Great service, scheduled an appointment they were able to come quickly on short notice. They were very understanding and professional.

Called for non-emergency work, and set up an appointment for the next week. Plumber came by on time, easily fixed the issue, friendly and good customer service.

Extremely Unprofessional. I called in for an emergency appointment, and they accepted the job around 11:00 a.m. I had water pouring through a floor into the level below, and it was a true emergency. I called 5 times to find out when they would be coming out, and they never returned my call. At 4:00 in the afternoon, they said they wouldn't be able to make the visit. They really left me hanging in a bad situation.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

This company is totally unresponsive. I had an emergency over the weekend and called them four times between Friday afternoon and Saturday. The never responded to my calls. Buyer BEWARE! Find a different company that is responsive, professional and, at the very least, courteous.

Great Service, Professional, courteous and friendly. My well pump went bad, Luna, Travis, and Alex came out to replace the old 20 Year old pump. Our well sat at 600 feet deep and they had no problems pulling, replacing and making sure everything in the system checked out and worked perfect before they left. Even the secretary on the phone was very informational and understanding of the situation as well.

We had a pretty gross issue with our pipes belching up dirty water. We called up Fasco and from there, the process was easy. We set up an appointment, got a confirmation text and email on the day of the appointment and the plumber even called me saying he was finished with his prior job early and wanted to see if it was ok to show up.

The work he did was excellent, he was professional and friendly. He told me how to do regular maintenance to prevent these issues while he was fixing the issue. The problem hasn't returned and I'm really glad I called them. Thanks Fasco, would recommend you to any of my friends.

Great company with outstanding service! I called with an issue in my kitchen regarding my sink pipes under the cabinet and Fasco Plumbing made the problem go away! Not only did they fit me into their schedule for the day(I received same day service) they were informative on what caused my problem and how to prevent it in the future. I recommend them to anyone who needs a helping hand in the plumbing department!

Fasco has come out to our house a handful of times now for various plumbing problems. (Mostly due to the hell that is polybutylene pipes.) I have no complaints at all about their service. They've been straightforward, do good and honest work, and have had good prices. I wouldn't think twice about recommending them.

Shout out to Luna for the awesome service! After just a few minutes he knew exactly what was wrong, and was quickly able to locate the buried pipe and fix it. I had a plumbing emergency, called my home warranty and then called Fasco to make the reservation. They were able to fit me into their schedule and they came out just a couple hours later and fixed my problem. Also, I have seen some reviews of people saying they do not respond or pick up the phone, I called twice and both times I was able to talk to someone after a ring or two.

My home warranty contracted us with Fasco for an undiagnosed leak in our kitchen sink area.

They gave me a 1 hour arrival window same day as the issue was reported to the warranty company. They replaced our garbage disposal quickly with coverage from our home warranty company, and the plumber was very professional and helpful. We ended up with a better garbage disposal than the one we had before.

I am now considering hiring them again for some out-of-warranty work on some components that were not covered by our warranty contract. I highly recommend using Fasco.

Excellent service! We had two separate plumbing issues at once and were referred to Fasco thru our 2-10 warranty. The technician explained issues thoroughly & did excellent work. Vicky, in the Fasco office, was super helpful and got us on schedule quickly, then followed through every step of way. Very positive experience!
