Jane promptly arranged for a plumber to come out the same day and kept me informed about their arrival. The plumbers were professional and worked diligently to clear the blockage. They ensured the toilet was functioning correctly and provided valuable tips to prevent future issues. I truly appreciated their expertise and helpful advice.

Our pipes froze and the team came out within 2 hours of calling them. Knowledgeable and shared future state potential issues but didn’t push any upselling. Extremely professional and fast service. I would use them again.

They came out quickly on a Saturday when I had an unexpected water line leak. Very efficient, great communication, and reasonably priced for after hours/emergency service. He even went above and beyond and helped fix an area outside the scope of the plumbing issue. Would highly recommend and plan on using for all future plumbing needs.

Small town feel, doing big city work!

These guys don’t have a commercial on the nightly news, but they deserve it. I’d consider them to be a hidden gem. I have multiple rental properties and I’m always on the lookout for good partners. This was my first time using them, but won’t be my last.

Talking to them was so easy. I’m from a small town and talking to Jimmy on the phone for the initial consult, felt like home. I didn’t feel like they were taking advantage of me with pricing as it was very fair.

They took pictures of the issues, thoroughly explained the fix and got it done in a timely manner. I had roots from a tree that grew into the pipe, causing damage. They had to clean out the roots and replace the pipes.

I called on Monday morning and they somehow were able to squeeze me in.

Use. Them. Now.

From the first call (on a Sunday, no less), I spoke to an actual human (Mr. Lane) and not an AI bot or answering machine. Within five minutes of talking with Mr. Lane, he identified what he believed to be the issue and walked me through a potential fix.
During the service call, Daniel was extremely helpful and thorough. He answered all of my questions and gave me a clear picture of the next steps for addressing my issue. Mr. Lane and his team were exceptional from start to finish. Lane Plumbing will be my go-to plumber from now on!

The gentlemen that came to replace our filter and reroute some plumbing were extremely polite, hardworking and professional. They gave us several price options depending on how much we wanted done.
