We visited the beautiful showroom for help with a replacement tub faucet and shower divertor. We received excellent help from very friendly staff.

Really good. You can't park on the street if you're a big truck. And they have just enough room in their driveway for one truck they will come bang on your door at 6 in the morning to move to get their trucks and side the gate. But once they put you in they get you unloaded quick. Very polite and very professional

I had run into an issue with my Delta kitchen faucet where Delta sent me the wrong replacement part--actually it was the right part by number but the incorrect part in reality. Imagine how fun that is to figure out--I called around to multiple other plumbing stores and got nowhere.

Emily not only was able to help me troubleshoot the issue but she was able to source the part the same day! All fixed now.

I will definitely return to Carolina Plumbing Supply when it comes time to renovate my fixtures.

Daniel and Ty were on time and very helpful. They found and repaired our leak as well as showed my husband a few things about our water shut off. They were in and out within an hour and we were very impressed with the entire process. We'd recommend using the company and will definitely be giving them a call again if we ever need a plumber.

I called because my insinkerator was not working. J.R. Lane helped me fix the problem without needing an estimate. He could have easily charged me for 30 seconds of work, but instead just helped me because it was the right thing to do. I will definitely call again for any future plumbing needs!

I needed a plumber after water leaked (flowed heavily) from a pipe behind a wall in my master bedroom. Lane Plumbing was the fourth company that I contacted to get estimates. After speaking with Jimmy for a minute, I knew that his company would get my business. His interchange with me was caring, professional, and respectful. His technicians arrived a couple of hours later. They, too, were professional and efficient. The men diagnosed and repaired the problem within two hours. Last, but not least, I felt the price was very reasonable.
Jerry was the lead technician. I did not get the name of the person working with him; but, that person was excellent as well.

I plan to use them for my future plumbing needs.

Shout out to JR Lane Plumbing. They got the job done for us. Walked us through the entire process of the main water line replacement. They were very knowledgeable and the staff and technicians were reliable, they followed up with us every step of the way. We could not even tell they were at the house to install a new line. Our yard was cleaned up and put back just as before they did their work. Service was a 10!

Contacted Jane at JR Lane plumbing yesterday afternoon. Described to her what I needed. She immediately got me on the phone with the owner, Jimmy Lane and got me all set up for everything needed first thing the very next morning. And at a fantastic value. But too top it all, they sent their very best man out for the job. Daniel was courteous, knowledgeable, meticulous, detail oriented, helpful in explaining, really you won't find better anywhere. The owner contacted me after seeing my previous review to discuss it. I explained to him I felt my concerns weren't address and we went back over my first call. I'm glad to say we resolved my concerns and he sent another team Jerry & Darnell out to address my toilet issues. Jerry found it was a worn out fill valve. Lane plumbing repaired it at no cost.
It says alot about a company when they addressa problem and come to an agreement and satisfy a customer.

Lane Plumbing came out and replaced a 3/4 water pressure valve in crawlspace billed $375.00 /350 was labor 25 tax go figure. workers were here less than an hour. Never agai will I use them, didn't listen to my concerns. i still have noise in pipes, which owner diagnosed over phone and said it was just a PRV issue.

I called and explain my situation and they had a serviceman out to my house the next day to examine and fix the leak I had under the house. Jerry was Fantastic in quickly being able to handle a very difficult job based on crawling under the house to replace the broken pipe. I will definitely keep Lane Plumbing in my contacts as well as recommend them to others

He made me feel very comfortable with using their services. I called on a Sunday the customer service representative called me bright and early Monday morning to confirm My appointment but I ended up fixing my issue myself, however, if

Lane Plumbing is the only plumbing company we’ve used for over 10+ years. The staff is awesome and their work is out of this world. They have done work from simple drain clog to major water line replacement for us. They are very reliable and committed to their work. In my opinion there’s not enough stars to rate this company.

Daniel and Ty did an awesome job! They were on time, quick to assess the situation and not judgmental at what my husband had done before they got here! Extremely knowledgeable and willing to explain my options in terms I could understand. It was a big job and they worked quick and precise the whole time! They treated my home better than their own and made sure the plumbing fixes were immaculate before they left! They did a completely new drainage system under the kitchen sink and fixed my pressure valve in the garage. I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

I had a problem with a kitchen vent, I and I first called a huge plumbing company and they gave up after 2 days of work because they said they needed to remove most of my kitchen cabinets first. Based on my basic understanding of plumbing, I decided call Lame plumbing for a second opinion. Lane plumbing not only fixed the blockage right away from the roof, but they did not have to remove any of my kitchen cabinets.They fixed the problem right away at a very reasonable price. Lane Plumbing saved the day for me, my wife and our kids!

I have used them for other routine things like upgrading a garbage disposal and I have been very happy with their knowledge, professionalism and quality of work.

Highly recommend Lane Plumbing. I called after discovering a leak in our water heater and spoke to the owner Mr. Lane himself. He had his staff call me the same afternoon to get us on the schedule for a new install the next morning. Believe the great reviews, excellent company!

The other day we woke up to no hot water. When we went out to the garage to take a look at the water heater it was leaking severely. After reading several reviews online we decided to call Lane Plumbing. The owner, Jim, actually answered himself. I explained the situation to him and that I was having surgery the next day so any thing he could do would be a big help. He assured me he would do everything he could to get me taken care of that day and he did! His crew was out that evening to install a new water heater and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them and will be using them for all my plumbing needs.

I got to speak with the owner on the phone. Very knowledgeable person. The company sent over professionals who worked quick and efficiently to get problems with my water heater fixed. They also were kind enough to share some knowledge with me on smaller fixes. Great company and service.
