I felt that if someone was so bold to use such a name for their company then, they had to be proficient at their craft. I was not wrong. Mike was quick to answer when I called and was available to get me on the schedule fast and with ease. I didn’t end up having to have him come out to my business, but his prompt answer and willingness to help was impressive. I would definitely consider using his services in the future. Thank you!

Owning a small business is stressful, so when I had a toilet stop working over the weekend, it put me over the edge. After leaving Michael a late night phone call on Saturday evening, he immediately called me back. We scheduled an appointment first thing Sunday AM and he came, not only fixed the issue, but went out of the way completely. Michael from Big Dawg Plumbing came to our home for the first time yesterday to help us resolve issues with water pressure. He was on time, polite, and corresponded quickly before he got to our house.

Once he was there, he was reviewed the issues we laid out for him and went to work. He very capably figured out where the breakdown was for the water pressure and fixed it. He looked at two other items that were of concern to us and gave us recommendations.

He is preparing a quote to fix our bathroom sink. I know it will be fair because the price we paid for his initial services was very fair.
