I have used Micheal and Big Dawg s plumbing two different times. The first time was replacing a thermostat on my hot water heater. He responded to my request immediately and was punctual, efficient, and very reasonably priced.
The second time he repaired a leak in an underground pipe coming from the Watermain in the street into my house. Again, he responded to my request immediately and was punctual showed up on time., Worked, and the price was amazing. Such a personable interesting man to work with, and I would recommend him a plumbing job.

If you need a knowledgable and affordable plumbing company in Durham NC or the triangle call Big Dawg's plumbing. We had an plumbing emergency - our upstairs line for our laundry room was leaking inside the wall and down to our kitchen ceiling. Michael was able to come quickly, assess the issue, present us with a reasonably priced solution, and fix it the same night. Yes, I said night he worked from 5-8 pm to get our plumbing emergency fixed. We were also provided with a clear invoice that included photos! Big Dawg's Plumbing knows there stuff and how to handle issues with older homes plumbing and the building codes they were built under. We plan on using them for future planned projects and will depend on them to help us in an urgent same day situation. I highly recommend them!

I found Big Dawg Plumbing in Stem, NC . It’s local business in Granville County that I found online hoping to find someone local! It was the closest and so I called! To my surprise, the response time to my message was UNDER 5 MINUTES! The owner came by same day (yesterday) after his scheduled calls, assessed the problem, plugged the leak, sent me a quote via txt and showed up before noon today with the fixture & FIXED the problem! If you need a skilled, trustworthy and fairly priced plumber look no further. I contacted Big Dawgs Plumbing after rotor rooter unsuccessfully spent 3 plus hours trying to fix the clog in my kitchen sink. Michael came out and was able to identify and fix the problem. Great experience. He replaced my broken pedestal sink with a cabinet sink. Has been about a week and the sink works fine. Initially called and then we communicated through text. Can assess services required and service completion in one day (we only needed the sink replaced)

Micheal was amazing ! I placed my request over the weekend. He scheduled my appointment for that upcoming Monday and remained in constant communication during the appointment. He was efficient and knowledgeable.

Michael and Bobby done excellent work on replacing pressure tank and all the piping underneath the house. Michael was great at answering all my questions and explaining everything to me. Woke up July 5th, expecting guests all day; and not only do my toilets not flush but sewage filling my tub. In tears I called Big Dawgs Plumbing hoping they work on Saturdays, and they answered. Assured me they would be here within the hour. Stood by me while the problem was solved and my sewer system was back in order. Big Dawg is a young company but their quality of service is priceless.

He completed the job, changed out all my copper pipes to pex but in the process, my sink was broken, a large chunk. He said he would get a replacement but he hasn't yet, and, has not responded to my texts and calls. It has been four months. I am a widow, husband passed away from stage IV lung and brain cancer, September 06, 2023. I would like my sink replaced. It was not broken before they came to do the job.
