This company is very responsive and works quickly. Brad provided excellent care and insight on the situation (our 14yr old water heater finally gave out). He broke down the cost and offered multiple solutions that would best meet our needs. He was respectful of the property and animals. Lastly, he worked efficiently and ensured everything was working properly before leaving, plus provided photos of his work to show what he did/fixed. We greatly appreciate the efforts and hard work!

They charge over $700/hr to dig a hole. After 1 hour of digging a hole, they weren't able to locate the leak, and wanted me to sign off on another $700 or so for another hour of digging. That's separate from the charge to actually fix the leak. I can't believe I paid someone $700 for 1 hour of digging a hole in my yard. Because they claim to do "leak detection," I was under the impression that they have some professional method & equipment for actually detecting the leak. Dousing rod? Anything more than a shovel, which I could have done myself if I'd known it was $700/hr for digging a hole!

I called midday today in a panic because I'd just realized my rental property had no interior water cutoff valve and a new refrigerator is scheduled for delivery tomorrow. Mark arrived at 2:30, assessed the situation, generated 3 options for me and talked me through the pros and cons. He then completed the work, checked the newly installed equipment, as well as every faucet inside and outside, and sent me a written report with pictures. Mark was knowledgeable, professional, patient, good humored, hardworking and efficient. He also generated and sent me a report listing and ranking several future repairs/maintenance items that should be taken care of next. I've used Poseidon (and it's predecessor) for all my plumbing needs since I bought the property in 2017. This is the second time Mark has been the repair technician. He replaced a water heater a few years ago. I will continue to us them in the future and highly recommend them.

This young man was very nice good manners and friendly. He answered every question that was asked. No studdering when asked something. His people skills are the best. He will go far.

Water heater ruptured in the middle of the night. Brandon and team were at our house in the morning ready to go. New heater was in by the late afternoon and we have hot water again. Couldn’t be more happy.

Luke arrived on time and ready to evaluate the problem. He explained in accurate detail my options and the steps that I needed to understand. Luke was always detailed in his knowledge. I would give Luke 6 stars if the evaluation went that high

I had a pipe leaking underneath my house , the service tech luke was able to identify the problem quickly and had it repaired quickly as well. He did a great job of explaining the situation and also evaluated my home to ensure no other issues were looming, A++ service!
